GoogleThe worst letting agent I've dealt with, do not reply to emails or phone calls and are just after their rent money.
A tenant they have housed has been setting off the fire alarm, blocking the toilet and trashing the house since December 2024 and Empire Lets has STILL not taken any action against this - just collecting their rent money.
Empire do not do any background checks on any of their tenants.
Stay away from this neglecting agent!
I don't need to be a tenant or landlord from Empire, I'm telling everyone how bad Empire manage their tenants. I've attached a picture of your tenants garden - garden is full of bin rubbish, stinks, foxes and rats go in and out, been like this for over a month now - you're doing a great job Empire!
Also, tenant has called in private plumbers twice now because of blockages.
