Although we first found our new flat as a drive-by , Coppermills facilitated the buying process with great expertise. They understand the process extremely well- it has become much more complicated in the last decade- and liaised very effectively with the developer/seller. Proof of Funds is no easy process but Coppermills' hands on assistance with this was invaluable. Very refreshing to find such a professional agent.

I has been renting my property with Coppermills for many years now and I am thoroughly happy with their service. I have found the property management part along with the sales/renting service very professional as they always keep me informed with all aspects of my property. They have always managed to find the right people to rent my property and their attention to detail is excellent. They fully manage my property and I have no issues. The rent is always collected on time and whenever any work is needed I'm always advised in a timely manner. I would fully recommend Arona and the entire Coppermills team.

EXTREMELY impressed, splendid people to deal with, both Arona & her staff Sienna always got back to me, nothing was too much trouble. I had just lost my late mother and Arona really helped me through the process of dealing with the House Sale. They were absolutely AMAZING. I completely trusted their sound judgement and they made the process so much easier due to their professional standards and understanding and sympathetic service throughout the sale process. Arona sold the property within 1 week of it going on the market ! ! ! If you are looking for an Estate Agent that go the extra mile in giving great care and customer service this is the place to go. Arona grew up locally and went to Leyton sixth form and reinvested her life in East London and has invaluable local knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble and it goes without saying I highly recommend Coppermills Estate Agency. Thank you so much Arona and all the team for an Exceptional Service from Start to Finish.

We just sold our property with the help of Coppermills and Arona, and although the sale fell through twice, Arona was always on hand to help with answers and suggestions on how to deal with things, especially our useless solicitors. Arona went above and beyond to make sure we had the best chance to complete on our sale. Thanks for all your help!

Stay away from this place!! I can't put into words my dissatisfaction as a customer. I rented a flat in Victoria from them in 2023 which turned out to be the following nightmare: Everything started with the move in, which was done without any of the checks we had in the contract. They directed me to another agency that gave me 1 set of keys (we were 2 tenants) and told me to head to the flat by myself. No inventory was provided whatsoever, no second set of keys was given to us and no energy/gas meter was presented. Not to mention the state of the apartment: broken wooden floor with nails popping out, broken cabinet in the bathroom, mold in the shower, shower not working, clogged pipes, dust everywhere, a broken fridge and 2 cooktops not working After noticing all these irregularities, we got in touch with Arona and Jo (who were in charge of the flat) with photos and videos of the mentioned issues. We were instructed that the video was going to be used as an inventory of the state of the items and that maintenance could not be provided as of the date due to the contractor they used not being in town (more than 2 months passed without someone showing up in the apartment. Someone only came after we threatened to sue them over the moldiness and state of the flat). On top of that, I can add the lack of response to the issues raised multiple times where we had our emails and claims ignored by them to the point we had to chase Arona through many phone calls to get a hold on her Unexpected extra charge + magical extension of the contract without ask: The second tenant was supposed to arrive a couple of weeks later due to visa issues (which we made them aware from the beginning of our conversations). A few days before landing in the UK they message us stating that he could not come to the apartment as they had not finished validating his documents (after a month and a half of discussions on the documents and no manifestation of them whatsoever about his moving). The other tenant had to stay away from the apartment as they took more than a month after his arrival date to "validate" his documents [knowing he already had a right to rent, a right to work and passport that was supplied to them]. Additionally, they tried to charge us extra fees for issuing what they called an "extra contract"/"contract addendun" adding his name to the original document. This was never mentioned priorly and the justification given was the extra charge was coming due to "time and money being spent by them" on this task (highlighting here that we had already paid the agency holding and service fee in the beginning). When the "addendun" to the contract was ready, they decided to changed the tenancy length without our approval by an additional six months stating that "Arona wanted to offer us a longer contract" (no one had asked for this at any point). After all this mess and deliberately trying to make us sign a longer contract, they magically decided that no contract was needed and he could move in the flat (flagging again that this took almost 2 months) During the stay they conducted multiple viewings of the house (which by law is not an issue), but for some reason we had to be home to open and close the house to Arona, who allegedly didn't have a set of keys. We discovered later in our tenancy that this was not the case and they indeed had a set of keys that was used to open the house closer to the end of the tenancy Handover of the flat: the handover of the flat was a complete chaos. They sent contractors to work on the flat on a Saturday 8am one week before we moved out (Coppermils told us the day before that contractors were coming). Not to mention the amount of noise and disturbance on a Saturday morning, the contractors left the house in the middle of the day, without water, equipment on the floor, shower unusable and multiple gadgets in the kitchen. Nobody contacted us regarding the water nor the fact they were going to have to come back the next days. When contacting Arona and Jo we were advised to "take a bath using the sink"

We ask that you contact the agency and refer the contents of this email so it can be addressed. You will have taken the property in the condition it was in from the let. We are committed to working with tenants and taking on board issues. It is important to contact us as we intend to reply and take this us formally with you. We look forward to hearing from you.

I initially met Arona at Coppermills several years ago after a bad experience with another real estate agency. I explained to Arona the concerns that I had, and the issues that I experienced. Arona and her team took those onboard and we had the property back on the rental market within a month, and tenants signed up and ready to move in. Over the years the team has been really helpful in keeping us up to date with council legislation around renting, and quickly resolving any maintenance required on the property. Especially now during these uncertain times, Arona has been working hard behind the scenes ensuring both tenants and landlords are looked after and protected during these times, by continously reaching out to the council to see what help they can offer. I like that I am not just a number to Coppermills, and that I am not being "sales rushed" - you know when someone is quickly talking to you and trying wrap up the conversation with you so that they can go off and do something else. If you are on the market to rent a new home, or put your house on the rental market then it would definitely be worth speaking to Arona and the team. They also offer affordable and competitive commission rates if you are thinking of selling the property.

We had an absolutely terrible experience with this agency, specifically with Arona and Jo, and strongly recommend staying away. When we arrived, there was a massive gas leak in the flat that could have been catastrophic, yet the agency didn’t respond when we reported it. The flat was also in appalling condition, dirty upon arrival, with a broken bed, a stove that didn’t work, boiler issues leaving us without hot water for days, and a broken door. They only provided one set of keys for two tenants, which was incredibly inconvenient. The building itself was sketchy and felt unsafe. Later in the tenancy, when I got locked out, they refused to help despite having a spare key, forcing me to spend £800 on a locksmith. At the end of the tenancy, they tried to charge us £4,000 and take our entire deposit for damages that either didn’t exist or were already there when we moved in. This agency is completely dishonest, unhelpful, and dealing with them was a nightmare from start to finish. Avoid them at all costs!

Arona and Jo did an amazing job of letting and managing my flat for over 12 years. When I decided to sell, this was efficiently coordinated between the sales and lettings teams; a great service. Always helpful and responsive with great local knowledge. Would recommend highly!

A professional agency, find emails easy to follow, tenancies with the parts that are not standard for me to approve red flagged, always reply to my emails, friendly professional female lead team. Their properties I have viewed reflect the advert, they are email friendly and let me know about contractor visits. What more can you ask for in 2023 highly recommend

We used Coppermills when we moved from Walthamstow to Worcester earlier this year. We had already seen the house we wanted to buy, so needed to move fast in order to secure it. Coppermills was outstanding from having a clear picture of the kind of people who would appreciate what our house had to offer and marketing accordingly, to organising viewings incredibly efficiently, from arranging someone to do the EPC to an excellent photographer, from approachability to excellent value for money - we really couldn't recommend Coppermills strongly enough. Their local knowledge of the Walthamstow market is second to none. Brilliant.

An excellent estate agency with proven management experience in the local area. Community based agents working to improve the St James street area. They showed me a ton of properties and clearly knew the area, they kept us informed about our offers and despite losing out On a few places they secured us a lovely home for me and my mum. They let the contractors in occasionally by agreement, more than other agents have done when we have not been around. We pick up our local E list from their office and have a catch up about the local market . I see them cycling around all the time for the past few years and enjoying mini Holland. Highly recommend

We rented two properties over four years through Coppermills and can say it is the best letting agent experience we have had in London. The team are professional and friendly, are very quick to respond to any issues arising, are completely honest and human in their communications and seem to have a very positive relationship with their property owners as well, which means the properties they manage are good quality and in good condition. I would recommend Coppermills if you are looking for a good rental experience and want a long-term partner.

After house hunting for 18 months with an unfortunate string of disappointments we finally came across Coppermills. Aruna, Erkan and the whole team were absolutely fantastic. They were honest, approachable, fair and easy to contact at every step of the journey to finding and securing our first home. I could not recommend them more highly. Tommy and Rachel.

Coppermills were the first to be straight and honest with us after we'd had some dreadful experiences with shoddy estate agents while househunting in Walthamstow. Coppermills helped us buy our home with complete professionalism and I would recommend them highly.
