Google review wasn't really a thing, around 15-10 years ago.
This is exactly what happened. I have all emails/etc as proof.
Company was completely negligent and deceptive sadly when sourcing and managing the property. Before /During and Afterwards.
Its INSANE it happened & UNETHICAL.😭

Sadly I had the worst experience with this agency.
As an inexperienced & trusting novice Landlord...
I can only imagine they invited a personal contact of theirs, to stay & rent my property for 3-4years, I recieved almost 30% +++ under market rate, by the time I had to evict the tenant and get property handed back over. The price was deliberately kept down, by them.
Messy and late or non existent payments ...supported by the agency vouching for good character.
They were unsupportive and would claim more paid than actually was paid!
Had to manage own eviction. Final straw, when no deposit was kept & I was lied about the inventory, which meant tenant ran off with the majority of my good furniture and of course no damage / clean up.
Took no responsibility despite sourcing and managing the property.

If you could kindly elaborate so we can identify the property and get to the bottom of this from our side also.
Once again if we have done wrong by you as a landlord, we surely would like to dig in deep and see where we may have gone wrong and identify why this may have taken place.

GoogleI rented a property from them in stratford. Very good agency. I had some issues in the beginning because of an employee who was handling my case but then he was let go. After that I never had a problem in 5 years. Agency managed the property well, solved any issues in time. They are reliable and professional guys. When I left, all the move out formalities were done nicely and I moved out peacefully without any issues or complaints. Thank you to blackhoarse estate.

GoogleVery surprised, the agence was very clean, but the house was very disgusting freeze infested by microbes, no heating, so much dust in the house, I had to spend two days cleaning. When we call them any response, when we go there always the same anwser the boss is not there. we waited more than one month to have someone to clean our freeze. I think it was over with them, but I understand they are big swindlers, they try to steal our deposit, with more than shabby reason. I'm very disappointed about this agence. An advice don't go there
