Called to book a viewing and "Tia" (she said is her name) asked me to send proof of income/tax return by email before booking a viewing.
This is a DISCRIMINATION coming from Tia
as not all the potential clients are required to send any documents to book a viewing.
The documents needs to be sent once you want to take a property, maybe a manager should revise the employee viewings booking and ways that she speaks with people. By the way, she didn't let me speak with a manager.
This is one of the agency that people needs to avoid.

After speaking with the branch it is to my understanding you did call the branch to enquire about a property. Tia went through the qualification/registration process with you. Part of this process is to ascertain certain facts and this includes facts regarding your income and partners incomes. Unfortunately Tia could not book a viewing until this information was made clear to her, as you were unsure about your partners income she ask you if you would be able to find out and get back to her. She advised you the quickest and easiest was to pass referencing was to provide the branch with both yours and your partners tax return documents, on which you became offended and said you would not be happy in providing this. Unfortunately this meant Tia could not book you in for a viewing. I would like to confirm anyone looking at viewing this particular property were asked the same questions, so you were not treated any differently. I know you did ask to speak with the manager but as Tia explained to you on the phone the manager was currently on a conference call and if you wanted to call back a little later when the manager was free they would be happy to talk with you, although you should note that this would not have changed anything and we would not have been able to make an exception just for you. GoogleThere’s a “Virtual Tour” function on Zoopla which is really useful to see video perspective of a property. Bairstow Eves abuse this in a REALLY annoying way - they just upload these stupid videos which are literally just a slideshow of the photos which are already uploaded in the photo section, mixed in with bit of information that’s already in the description. That’s not what virtual tours are, and that’s not what the feature is for. Either do an actual virtual tour or don’t.
Edit: you’re asking me to remove this negative review because it’s “unfair to place on the local team.” Happy to do so, as soon as you let me know which office or part of Bairstow Eves I should leave the review for instead?
