FeefoThe person we dealt with was mark Alexander and his team from Cheshunt bairstow eves, appaling service! I have also sent a complaint letter and emails but never heard anything back... No suprise there.
Would only ever recommend people steer clear of this company! Awful!

Took a while to find a reliable buyer but the team achieved a good price which was close enough to my original asking price & kept me informed throughout. FeefoWe felt misled by the Cheshunt Branch, regarding the status of the chain. This branch closed during the process. The information transfer to the Waltham Cross branch was very poor. Matters improved eventually when we visited this branch. The whole process took far longer than we were led to believe, which ultimately cost money in council tax, service charge, ground rent etc

What can I say but thank you so so much for all your hard work going above and beyond. Whilst all around looked bleak on many occasions and many delays throughout the whole process you remained calm and level headed, smoothing the way to what has now been the perfect but long conclusion. It was very reassuring to know that you were always accessible by telephone and emails and your professional approach to dealing with any "problems" was much appreciated. I never thought this day would come which I have now finally collected my keys, woo hoo!!! It has been a pleasure to have Kausser and Amy as my estate agents and would not hesitate in recommending you guys to others. Your level of customer service is exceptional. By knowing the needs/wants of all parties and communicating clearly with all, there has been a happy outcome.
