GoogleBit later then intended! Just to say all the team at the waltham cross branch were a pleasure to to talk with & willing to do what was necessary to get things done in a fair manner. Took a while to find a reliable buyer but the team achieved a good price which was close enough to my original asking price & kept me informed throughout. Good people working there which is what you want when making one of the most important decisions you're likely to make.

GoogleJust to show my appreciation for your services. It has been a pleasure dealing with yourselves at Bairstow Eves.
What can I say but thank you so so much for all your hard work going above and beyond. Whilst all around looked bleak on many occasions and many delays throughout the whole process you remained calm and level headed, smoothing the way to what has now been the perfect but long conclusion. It was very reassuring to know that you were always accessible by telephone and emails and your professional approach to dealing with any "problems" was much appreciated. I never thought this day would come which I have now finally collected my keys, woo hoo!!! It has been a pleasure to have Kausser and Amy as my estate agents and would not hesitate in recommending you guys to others. Your level of customer service is exceptional. By knowing the needs/wants of all parties and communicating clearly with all, there has been a happy outcome.
You lots are by far the friendliest and most helpful estate agents in the area.
I wish boths you and your business all the best in the future. As for Kausser who informed me are leaving the company real soon, I wish you all the best!
Best wishes
