From start to finish, Tom was absolutely brilliant, always quick to respond, extremely helpful, and genuinely went above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth as possible. No question was ever too much trouble, and Tom kept us updated every step of the way, which really helped take the stress out of buying a house. Wouldnt say was a straight forward move but was not down to OpenHouse and Tom (mainly other s in chains estate agents and solicitors) But was certainly made easier by Toms brilliant service he was always there to pick phone up and chase any queries and i think if it wasnt for Tom we still wouldnt moved yet and his Prompt work saved me £5k on stamp duty too 👌 Cannot speak highly enough about Tom and Open House

Very prompt service from Tom. Viewed a property and moved in, all within a week. From a tenant perspective this is highly appreciated as we needed to move quickly. Tom also responds to any enquiries very quickly and has been very helpful thus far (second week in our rental). From a landlord perspective, having worked within the Lettings industry myself for the last 8 years, I understand the importance of finding a suitable agent to manage your property/properties - so from a landlord perspective I would trust Open House to manage my property efficiently and thoroughly - as I have experienced being on the receding end (as the tenant) - and can assure you that they are answering any tenant queries we have swiftly and promptly.
