Patronising and rude people work here and harass tenants. idk how these people are still in business. They’d do anything to keep your deposit.

We are disappointed to see a false review like this. As a family-run business, we follow strict procedures to ensure all properties are well-maintained on behalf of the landlord. All photos of the property are recorded both before tenants move in and when they move out. This evidence was provided to you and to the deposit protection scheme, which made the final decision fairly based on the facts.

GoogleAVOID AVOID This so called letting agents is diabolical 5 years to get a leak repaired that came into a bedroom and poured on you whilst asleep needed a whole new roof jobs never done renting properties that are not fit for purpose then evict you and destroy the property ie rip doors of that was already broke when moved in tiles broke smashes up cookers empties rubbish everywhere just so they can renovate the property with your deposit money you will end up going through the deposit scheme to seek your deposit this so called letting agency should be investigated false invoices created mis calculated rent totals not pounds thousands they are deceitful read the tenancy agreement it's out dated charge you for rent statements which they can not do read the claws also. We take honesty seriously, and it’s important to correct some key points:
1. You left the property early and did not pay the final month’s rent.
2. The carpets were damaged and taped together, along with other significant damage to the property. We have photos and records to prove this, taken both before you moved in and after you left.
We met with you at the property to try and resolve these issues, but you refused. We’ve been a trusted business for over 30 years and do not treat anyone unfairly.
Additionally, it's clear that some of the recent negative reviews have come from people we’ve never dealt with, likely your friends. You are putting false reviews which is illegal, and we warn to cease this immediately and remove these reviews This is misleading and dishonest. Please have them removed, or we will report them.
Lastly, throwing around accusations of fraud without understanding its meaning is irresponsible.

They failed to properly check a tenant who used our property to grow weed.
They didn’t properly vet the tenant, allowed the tenant to pay cash and didn’t spot fake ID/references so the police couldn’t investigate.
When police couldn’t investigate they said it showed nothing was wrong.
Because they hadn’t done proper checks, insurance was invalid (they took commission from the insurance and tried to say they didn’t know details of the insurance)
