GoogleOver the years I've had a few properties that I've let via K2 Properties. In all the time they have managed my properties they have shown true professionalism and great attention to my requirements. My properties are looked after, tenants vetted, itinerary lists done at check in and check out, all rental docs provided, maintenance fully taken care of and always go the extra mile when it comes to helping with end of year tax returns. I can honestly say that once I hand the property over to K2, I never really need to give it any further thought. They take any hassle out of the letting game. They've definitely made my life easier as I can focus on growing my portfolio without worrying about any of the day to day hassles from managing the lettings myself.

GoogleI just recently gave K2 Properties a house to rent out for me. They managed to rent it out within a week. Mo and Tai really took the hassle away from me and surprised me with their knowledge of the property market. When my other property comes available I will surely be going to them. Thanks lads
