The estate agent handling our onward purchase was extremely difficult to deal with, and without the dedication and professionalism of the Chris Foster team, the entire process might have fallen through. Having moved into a care home, my parents instructed Chris Foster & Daughter to market the property they purchased through them six years previous. I was the main contact on behalf of my parents and not living locally, I was very dependent upon the team to deal with me remotely. From the initial contact with Chris and then dealings mainly with Millie and Karen, the entire process was handled in a friendly, knowledgable and professional manner. A sale was agreed within a couple of weeks and I was updated regularly with all emails and phone calls being dealt with on the day. I had very high expectations and they were all met - I would have no hesitation in recommending Chris Foster and Daughter.

Typical estate agent who just want the purchase to go through so won't be fully transparent with some information regarding a property. From personal experience I wouldn't trust everything they say. And when you raise concerns or have questions the person dealing with your case either isn't in, doesn't get back to you or they just ignore any emails.

Poor Service, Terrible Communication, Missed crucial information off original advert. When i complained and raised my concerns to Chris Foster who i again had to chase for some response i was given 7 days notice to withdraw property with them. Not great customer service, or very proactive to looking at solutions and resolve. Old fashioned and dated approach to estate agency, viewings will be at their convenience and I didn't feel they would go the extra mile. Better off selling with Purple Bricks who are available 24/7 and for a fixed fee.. they appear to be ahead of the game.

Chris Foster and team are the most professional estate agents I have ever come across. They are always approachable, friendly and helpful in dealing with concerns and queries. I used the company to sell a property and they now act as managing agents for me. Their small office and team obviously communicate very well, they confirm every instruction in writing, send invoices and statements by post (not email) which is so much better than most. They offer help and advice where it has been needed, offer so much more than they need to and continually go above and beyond in ensuring issues are correctly rectified. Chris is obviously very attentive to everything he does, both he and the whole team have been fantastic in all my dealings with them. A big thank you. Unfortunately the same can not be said for the company up the road, a huge company with an office in Aldridge who i would NEVER recommend.

Chris Foster and Daughter isn't a good estate agents, it's a brilliant estate agents! Chris and the team have recently sold our house on Longwood Road and the way Chris and his very experienced team have looked after us has been faultless! Every time we spoke with anyone in the team we felt that they genuinely cared about us and did everything they could to help. Compared to the estate agents we have used in the past and some of the Cowboys we have encountered in properties we have looked to purchase, Chris Foster and Daughter is head and shoulders above the rest!

Wish I could give zero stars !! all they care about are the landlords and landlords that aren't even on the tenancy agreement ! Absolutely shocking service from Chris Foster during our recent tenancy, culminating in them picking out tiny little faults to try and ensure they get to keep part of our deposit at the end of tenancy. Add on to that the rudeness of the staff and it's not a good way to run a business. Avoid at all costs!
