Barratts is losing its reputation! they have dropped the quality massively! Tile work is awful! very low ceiling height! no doorbell included! Editing review 28/11/2025- My whole house was flooded at night around 3am water pipe got disconnected from underneath the kitchen sink. Poor quality! Barrats and NHBC both didn’t take the responsibility. Approx cost to change the plasterboard (mould) and other damage £40k approx. Don’t buy Barrats this is my honest review! Good luck!

2nd time buying a house in this area we are at st Clements view now and can’t fault them this time round. Everything was fixed within a couple weeks. All snags was minor and us being very picky. Site manager Shaun is a top man happy to deal with him any day. Would definitely recommend st clements view site !
