Homecare Estates are excellent estate agents. We were tenants with them for about 2 years and found them to be vey helpful. They were prompt in their responses and helped to swiftly fix any issues that came up. They were respectful in their approach towards us, which sadly has been an issue with other estate agents in the past (particularly some of the bigger firms). It was refreshing to be with an independent estate agency. Homecare Estates offer a much better service than most estate agents that I have had to deal with over the past 10 years. My wife and I would highly recommend them. A shout out to Simon who is a pleasure to deal with.

I called to enquire about a flat they had listed I chatted a long while to them. (Leslie, I believe her name was) I told her how refreshing it was to feel like I was speaking to an actual human after speaking with several other estate agents who were very cold and impersonal. Don, Simon, and Chloe were all super friendly, warm, and professional through the process. I really appreciate all the handholding they did for me being a first-time renter in this country. I had an excess of questions which were all answered promptly. If you want to be seen and treated like an individual these are the folks for you.

I am always very busy, moreover I know very little about the process of finding new tenants for my property.
