FacebookWe recently sold our flat through Oliver in the Langley branch who was professional and enthusiastic. Hannah in the progression team was fantastic, it's the first time i've sold a property and she was brilliant, I think I would have gone nuts without her help liasing with the buyers and in particular their crap solicitors! Chancellors are pricey but the customer service we had was great.

FacebookAfter agreement termination ( 5 years ) ,we have been charged renewal (? ) fee which would have been paid by July 2016.What ? Now its 2017 year. It was their responsibility to ensure that we receive the invoice by then .We never received it.So,they desided to charge us now. Overall, terrible organisation .Bad experience. Will not recommend this agency to anyone. Best wishes, Aurelija

More recently, however, Mary Hughes at the South East Property Management office has been our point of contact and she has handled the recent change of tenancy very well. We're more than happy with the prompt and courteous service she provides. We'd certainly recommend Chancellors as Management Agents.
