GoogleI found Kestrel at the Wallingford Branch a perfect delight to work with when I was selling my home. Kestrel was informed, prompt and enthusiastic about getting prospective purchasers to view. I always felt that she gave the extra mile in the entire process. Kestrel was available to speak to, at all times and was forth coming on feed back after each viewing, which I appreciated immensely. When the sale was achieved she continued to stay on the project seeing it through in great detail. I am certain that the purchaser felt the same way. The perfect go between to get the job accomplished.

David Pratt was very knowledgeable and helpful when talking us through marketing our house and Alan Clarridge and Louise Taplin did a great job of marketing our house and securing a buyer within 2 weeks. Louise was excellent at communicating between ourselves and our buyers whilst we then took the time to find a property to buy and helped to ensure a smooth and successful sale. Thank you.

GoogleI chose Chancellor to sell my property because of their locality and knowledge of the local market. Although a buyer was found quickly, the process was somewhat drawn out. This was no fault of Chancellors. Indeed, Richard Sharman was always on the case and constantly communicated with me, He was polite, professional and cooperative though-out. When Richard was unavailable, Louise Taplin was there to help, advise and ensure my concerns were relayed to Richard. I have no hesitation in recommending Chancellors. Thank you to all the staff for helping during this stressful time.

The details, communication and attitude towards my property was consistant and of a high standard. They negotiated well to get me the best price and the transaction went through smoothly. Their approach was personal and I would recommend them to anyone looking to move locally. David and the team were excellent to deal with and gave me full confidence from the start. Honest and straight talking. A rare thing in estate agents!

GoogleIt was always going to be difficult selling the family home after the death of my Father but Neil and Richard were both very compassionate and extremely helpful. They had a cash buyer within a week and kept me informed at every stage, and even provided information before our solicitor had let me know! I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and would like to thank them for all their help!

GoogleThe worst estate agents ever! And there’s been some runners up. Chancellors are the best at being this bad. Failed to provide video of property in the beginning. We ended up moving in without seeing the property. No end of badgering emails. As a tenant, if your employer moves your payday, ‘Chancellors don’t do bridging payments’ Instead you owe them at the end of the tenancy and will be in arrears until then as ‘you are contractually obliged’ to pay on that date. Chancellors reply to emails typically 3 weeks after being badgered themselves. Utterly unhelpful.

GoogleWe dealt solely with David Pratt who was professional, helpful and prompt throughout the course of us purchasing our property. We were new to the area and he guided us to which areas were ideal and what they offered. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always polite and eager to ensure everything was going through smoothly. We would recommend Chancellors particularly David to anyone looking for a property in the area.

GoogleBeen up for sale since may, definitely WOULDNT recommend them, I havent heard from them in the last 6weeks or even a viewing , I email them and never get a reply back, I call them no answer if I do get someone always say they will call me back but never do. Disgraceful .. I will say they were good at the start,but the lady who was looking after me moved on so went down hill from there.. Cant wait for my contract to END ..
