Your Move Walkden consistently maintain an excellent standard of service. They are always on the front foot with everything to do with letting a property and their proactive approach is in stark contrast to other letting agents I have used. There is constant dialogue throughout every part of each process from letting a property to maintenance issues. Also their are lots of little gems of added value like their welcome letter that details expected life expectancies of decoration, appliances and carpets. Maintenance issues are dealt with brilliantly - most I have had have been dealt with by a few clicks of the mouse thanks to their semi-automated process. Highly recommended.

Lee is an harassing man! Cancelled an appointment as I was dealing with a stroke patient and I had a massive leak in my ceiling and he turned up anyway; tried forcing his way into my property when I told him he wasn’t coming in as I’d cancelled the appointment prior to his arrival. In the end blocked all of your moves numbers and never felt so happy *Edit - reply to lisa* Hi Lisa, Lee works at your move Walkden Branch - I had all of my information removed from Your move as there was a breach of GDPR and head office took my information off the system with immediate effect. I was being rung off numerous numbers by the man stated above out of office hours whilst I was heavily pregnant

The next review has been written 2 days after completing the sale of my property on Monday 24th January 2022. Lisa Williams and the team at Walkden have vast experience and knowledge of the housing market and the sheer professionalism and work ethic that they put in should be commended. Every one of the team at Walkden is a quality act and made the sale of my property seem so easy even though i know how much work is involved. Philip Lowe ( Valuation Manager ) is extremely knowledgeable in his field and understands the market well. High praise also goes to Elaine Gibson (Assistant manager ) who is an excellent communicator and negotiator and through her relentless hard work and determination made sure the process moved at a fast pace which is not an easy task when you have a buyers solicitor who is dragging their heals and buyers who will constantly try and get an even cheaper deal than they already have. Well done Elaine. Todays housing market can be a highly pressurised and volatile business so its even more important that you have the right peaple in place. You can therefore rest assured that when you sign up with the Your move Walkden branch that you are getting just that. I sincerely hope that this team at Walkden can stick together for many years to come because they all compliment each other so well.
