We used Ewemove after looking into different estate agents and online platforms for house selling. Ewemove didn't tie us down with any contract. Sally was absolutely amazing, she goes above and beyond. She helped massively to get our home showroom ready, even bringing her own personal touches and eye for details. Sally helped my boyfriend and I with our first house purchase. She helped make the process as smooth as possible, being able to ask lots of questions anytime of day. My brother and I recently had to sell our Mother's home after she passed. We had four different agents come round for valuation purposes. We chose Sally from EweMove as she was by far and away the most genuine of the lot. We are so glad we went with EweMove, Sally was absolutely brilliant. Our solicitors were not the best, they sat on paperwork and didn’t give any info unprompted. Without Sally’s knowledge, expertise and guidance the exchange of contracts would’ve taken weeks longer. I have used High Street estate agents and Online estate agents and then I used Ewe Move for my recent sale and purchase which, completed on 28/03/2025. I have to admit when I initially rang I was skeptical as I knew nothing about them. However, that call turned out to be one of my better decisions. Sally dealt with my sale and my purchase (as I found a property through them as well). She is hands down the estate agent you would want selling your property (and buying) your property. She was very hands on when it came to presenting the house for the photos and taught me a trick or two (especially when it comes to draping curtains). She really took pride in the big and the little things and was always on the end of the phone for all my queries and random questions. I never thought I would find myself writing a positive review for an estate agent. However, Ewe Move (i.e. Sally) went above and beyond and I can’t thank her enough. I WILL definitely use her services again in the future when I sell and move again (and with any luck, she’ll also be selling the future home I’ll purchase). 5 stars really aren’t enough. Thank you Sally, for not being like every other estate agent !

It seems to be funny that sally has all the good reviews here, and known to be very helpful and nice? Can’t say the same for us! As first time buyers, she took advantage of us and misled us by telling us the house was a freehold when in fact it was a leasehold, none of this was not mentioned by her and it wasn’t till our solicitors found this out during the searches, so not until we had spent money to find out she’s misled us. On top of that, she was calling my fiancé late at night harassing him to send over the money and threatening she would put the house back up for market. Our own solicitors advised that in fact this lady is bullying us and I can guarantee you she was. Please do your research carefully with this company, sally isn’t as nice as the reviews make out, it was a blessing in disguise we found a better estate agents! In regards to your response John, you and your company aren’t sorry, I’m appalled at sallys behaviour and how you treat clients especially first buyers.

As first-time home buyers, we trusted Sally to guide us through the process, but unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Sally misled us about the house title plan, which resulted in unexpected financial losses. Towards the end of the process, she pressured us to make payments by giving us false closing dates, clearly intended to cause panic and rush us into paying. Her lack of integrity and professionalism was evident, and it felt like she took advantage of our inexperience. We cannot recommend her services to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable estate agent.

We put our flat up for sale with a high street estate agents (won’t name names!) and they was horrendous. They had no drive to help us sell, didn’t care about viewings, we had maybe 1 viewing each month? If that!. They didn’t care about what a realistic selling price was and just wanted put it at a price that they deemed sensible (it wasn’t). The photos they took, they sent a young lady round and she took them on her iPhone and they wasn’t all that. After being with them for a while we decided to look elsewhere. A friend mentioned sally to us, and shortly after our local Facebook page someone else asked for recommendations we come across sally again, so we decided to give her a call.. well! From the get go sally had so much enthusiasm to help us move, she actually cared! As silly as it sounds. She gave pointers on where we could improve on our advert, down to taking new photos and making everything look “new”. She come along and helped on the days that we was taking photos, she done not just brilliant pictures but also a walk through video? (I believe that’s what it’s called) And it worked! We had viewing after viewing! Within a few weeks - or what felt like it, we had an offer put in and we accepted it. We have now been in our new property for the last 5 weeks and none of this would have been possible without sally. I highly recommend! You won’t regret it. Thank you sally for all you done x

We first met Sally in 2023, we had interests in selling our first home and buying our forever home. She helped and guided us so efficiently but we soon realised that what we wanted was a little out of our price range.
