From the very first visit by Sam to value the house to the very last call from Jack to say everything was complete we received a 5 star service. Everything was dealt with in a timely fashion and very professionally. Jack kept us up to date throughout and chased both ours and the buyers solicitors for updates. We had one small hiccup and Jack was there to reassure us and sorted it the same day. Every member of staff we spoke to was polite and did what they said they would do, without exception. I would highly recommend.

Dealing with Sam and the team at Movenowproperties was a fantastic experience from the first contact all the way through to completion of my property.I made an enquiry overnight and was contacted promptly the following day to arrange a viewing. We contacted Movenowproperties about a property to let and with any problems they got all the information told us everything we needed to know and assisted us with everything nothing was a problem for them. If I called them they was so polite always answered every question I had if they couldn't they would always call me back with the answer the process has being amazing kept upto date with the process and gone the extra mile for us everything has being a professional process, they are Polite, sensitive, welcoming, and understanding in what your looking for we worked with a very nice Lady called Gemma, but all the team at Movenowproperties are just fantastic

Very poor communication

You send them all the information and they don't even bother contacting you back you send them everything they ask for and don't even want to contact you back or nothing is an absolutedon't even bother contacting you back when you send everything over what they have asked for, but they don't even be bothered to contact you. So I will look somewhere else and I will start the legal process now to sue your company because you're constantly doing it to me and you think it's susceptible so you can speak to my solicitors next. It's what's going to happen.

Negligence, Rudeness, and Uninhabitable Conditions

Avoid this agency at all costs! My experience with Gemma Carter (Assistant Manager) and Samantha Moate (Managing Director) has been appalling. The boiler hasn’t worked properly since I moved in, and I was told to buy an oil heater at my own expense and wait 23 days for a repair. A collapsed roof with water dripping onto live wires was met with no urgency. Gemma failed to address these critical issues, and Samantha called me to discuss the problems but was rude, hostile, and talked over me the entire time. They clearly think it’s acceptable to live in a property with a non-functioning boiler, a leaking roof, and mould and damp throughout. The property was clearly not checked before being rented out, leaving my daughter and me in unsafe and uninhabitable conditions. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for tenant welfare is disgraceful, this so-called 'estate agent' should be ashamed of how they treat their tenants.
