GoogleLeft the room cleaner than when I took it and was charged £21.60 for a mattress clean from my deposit. I then emailed asking for any kind of evidence as I had a mattress protector on and slept there very rarely as I am away with work most of the time only to be met with complete silence, calls and emails completely ignored. I then get another text from the DPS 10 days later and when I check it the claim has now gone up to £56.40, somehow managed to find something to charge me another £35 for even though I wasn’t there. Again asked via email what it was for as they don’t leave comments on the DPS website and tried ringing them and just completely ignored. Begrudgingly just accepted the claim as I don’t have time to be messing about with this and they clearly don’t want to talk to me. Very strange behaviour as they were sound moving me in. Enjoy my 50 quid guys!
Edit - that reply is hilarious. The room did NOT need cleaning. Photos added for proof. And yes the ikea box was taken with us. Also who has time to wait 9 months for the DPS to just side with you anyway? Like I said get yourselves an extra bottle of wine at the Christmas do on me 👍🏻

I'm sorry if you feel the claim was unfair however you were provided with a brand new mattress upon commencing your tenancy, this was noted on the inventory when you moved in and which you signed. Upon check out it was found that the mattress was stained and needed a clean. The room also required a general clean. These two items are what we're requested to he deducted from the deposit. You are well within your rights to dispute this claim and we can both provide the evidence to the DPS to support/dispute the claim.

GoogleWorst agency, never return your deposit and charge for lame reason, just renovated very old properties. - Group of Liar’s just compensated for 1 day of my salary after consistent mailing and replying very dishonestly that they compensated for 1 week ! How lame . All the properties are very old and just renovated nothing good very expensive and never bothers to pay back your deposit in full and charges for lame reason. Have a fixed cleaning fee and charge you even if you leave the room spotless. Didn’t bother to pay for my damaged properties.

Hi Tamil, I am sorry you feel you have not had a good experience with LJ and Keat but for clarity the issue you have posted photos of happened within the first few weeks of you moving in, and was resolved and fully fixed within 48 hrs, you were then given a full weeks rent as compensation for the inconvenience, and the remainder of your tenancy was satisfactory.
I believe your frustration and reason for your 1 star review is from the fact we claimed a 2 hr clean for your room upon you leaving, which you then accepted via the DPS, later to realise you were upset with the claim and wanted that money back!

GoogleI had a very concerning experience during my recent viewing of a property. The staff member, Madison, was quite rude and had a poor attitude towards me and my mother. As someone who manages anxiety, this made the viewing particularly uncomfortable.
Additionally, the property was listed as 'fully furnished, but it clearly wasn't. When I politely asked about blinds or curtains, Madison responded with a very blunt and rude attitude “I don't think so”. The discrepancy between the listing and reality, combined with the unprofessional conduct, was very disappointing. I don't believe Madison's approach reflects well on the agency and the lies in the house/room description.
