For clarity, a big percentage of our properties are occupied so if that occupant doesn’t allow access on your requested times, that is completely out of our control and nothing to do with our service. GoogleI was supposed to view a property but covid prevented me, but they were polite, text me and emailed me with an appointment, very professional from begining to end, I would recommend them, they are exceptional communicators, and hopefully I will be able to go back ro them after covids gone and find a property through them

GoogleI use Cooper and Cutt's tenant finder service to let my property and can recommend them for their efficiency and good level of service. They keep me fully informed with regular updates as to progress. They have acted for me several times now and each time the property has re-let with minimal voids.

GoogleI have used Gary and Malcolm for there tenant finding services for a number of years now. Always professional and always seem to instantly find us a good tenant. I cannot recommend them highly enough. A five star company. There only down fall is they are Wakefield Trinity fans

Thank you for your comments. Just for clarity, Mr Chaudhry left his property with cleaning required and we have e-mails from him accepting the costs for sorting this out. All quotes were approved by him so no idea why he feels it right to leave this review. We never had any issues during his tenancy and the LL and us attended to every issue raised as soon as possible. Good luck in the future.

Thank you for your unwarranted feedback. You left your property with various clearing and cleaning for us to arrange. Picking up your clothes and simply leaving is not a suitable way to end a tenancy. Your landlord is out of pocket with the condition that you left the property but I assume you know this as you agreed to the deposit deduction straight away. I wish you all the best.
