Mascalls Grange, Paddock Wood.Moving in day was great, so welcoming and I received a lovely 3 day check in. I’ve got the usual snagging bits for a new home but the team are very understanding and responsive.

charles church often reply and rectify most items on the snagging lists, but to leave a 3 brick wide gap for 12 months in a shared fence atop a wall then nail a board to fill a gap actually beggars belief - very shabby and unprofessional .

Would highly recommend Charles Church, Amy in the sales office and Tim, the site manager have been brilliant. Yes, we have had a few snags (which you get in any new build) but they have helped get any issues we have found sorted quickly. The house is beautiful and we couldn’t be happier with our choice.

The process of choosing the house and subsequently our completion and move was very straightforward. We are delighted with the house and the location. There have, as always with a new build, been some 'snagging' issues but they have been resolved and,overall we are very pleased with our choice of house.

Misled from the very beginning. If you want to keep your sanity stay away from this cowboy builder. They will lie to you and then ignore you, all they want is your money and once they have it they just walk away. So be warned, walk away from the Wynyard site!!!!!!!

Pretty faultless. Only issue is a lack of communication with other parties involved in the Mortgage. Not even with Persimmon. This has led to myself having to communicate the same information multiple times across several agents. Got slightly frustrating. That being said the process has been extremely smooth and stress-free for the most part. I would recommend.

The workmanship is very poor. I find it very difficult to believe that my property was signed off as being satisfactorily completed. To be fair I was warned not to buy a Persimmon New Build but thought that the cost of purchasing a Charles Church New Build might mean a higher standard. Unfortunately not.

Having lived in the charles church house for a few days now I am pleased. As the site manager explained. The garden has not been turfed yet because it has not arrived on site. And only a few issues regarding the house. The charles church team on-site are fantastic. Very helpfull.

The sales and site staff were/are excellent - Friendly, approachable and always responded positively to requests for help or information. The only downside for me was the pressure to complete which I understood but it added to what for me was a stressful situation.
