After dealing with numerous estate agents before Stags, I can confidently say that none of them came close to the level of professionalism, dedication, and care we received from Louise and the team. "Professional and good at her job" doesn't even begin to describe Louise, Stags are incredibly fortunate to have her on their team. Her attention to detail, work ethic, and genuine desire to help made the entire process effortless. What really impressed us was Louise's ability to make us feel like we were the only people she was speaking to, even though we knew she was juggling several others at the same time. That level of personal attention is truly commendable. She was always available, answering every question, and going above and beyond in ways we never expected. We bought through Stags. It was a complicated purchase because the sale was under power of attorney and orders of the Court of Protection and there was also a death during the process. It was of the greatest help that the staff at Stags, and in this sale particularly Louise, kept in close touch with all of the parties involved and kept us regularly informed of problems and progress. We didn't have to chase at all, Louise was very much 'on the case' , informative, friendly, approachable. It was how you would hope an estate agent would deal with a sale. And if we ever sell the place we will go to Stags.

This was a modest property in a prime, almost unique, coastal location. A tough call, therefore, to get the marketing and guide price right first time, but with a classy brochure and excellent drone footage, Stags was able quickly to identify a very interested buyer, with the result that a good sale was achieved in just a few months to the entire satisfaction of both parties. Shocked with the performance of this business in regards to auctions today. They are allowed to increase the end time of an auction by a minute or too IF someone bids at the last second. Today's auction should have finished at 16:30 yet everytime a bid is placed they add another five minutes to the clock...even when there is 2-3 minutes left. According to the regulations they aren't allowed to do this...all to drive up the price. Final end time 16:48

The whole team were excellent throughout the process (arranging a viewing, communicating with the vendor, and then as required through the conveyancing process through to completion and taking possession). Professional, responsive, and showing a willing to go 'above and beyond'. I used Stags Wadebridge to sell a property near St Merryn in autumn 2024 and found their advice and support extremely valuable. From the outset, everyone was professional, helpful and proactive. Their guidance on pricing was, “spot on” and the proactive updates were super helpful. (Call me a skeptic, but when ‘regular updates’ were promised as part of ‘the pitch’ I didn’t really expect any … so imagine my surprise when they actually happened and were so useful too!)
