GoogleIn a tough housing market, Stephen was great to deal with: always patient, charming and respectful. He never lost interest in or enthusiasm for selling the property and there was always a steady stream of people to view it. I knew my house did not have mass appeal but also that to the right person it could be the perfect home. And Stephen found that right person. I felt I could trust both him and his judgement and I would recommend Barton Wyatt to anyone thinking of selling.

GoogleOn behalf of Angus McQuhae at Octagon Developments: Barton Wyatt had the head-start on Octagon, having started back in the swinging sixties, so some 15 years our senior. The Wyatt family lost no time in building one of the most outstanding agencies in Surrey, if not the entire South East. Almost single handedly in those early years, this pro-active independent put Virginia Water and The Wentworth Estate on the international property map, so we got to know them well, as these are favoured locations for our top of the range family homes. Their local knowledge is formidable, and far reaching, and wherever possible, we welcome their services and in-put when creating and marketing a new property in their ‘manor’.

Their negotiation and communication skills together with the attention to detail in every respect was absolutely first class. Barton Wyatt have acted for me previously on a purchase and most recently on securing a property to rent whilst we actively look for a new home to buy. I have no hesitation in recommending their office in Virginia Water to anyone looking to sell, buy or rent a property in this area.

Within two weeks the team had racked up more viewings than we'd had the full three months previous with the other agent and we'd received a good offer from a great buyer. House sale completed six weeks later. Can't recommend highly enough.
