GoogleWe have recently purchased our beautiful new home through Butler Sherborn, Burford office. We dealt with Henry and cannot recommend the service he provided highly enough. He was polite, proactive and communicated with us throughout the whole process…. Nothing was too much trouble and all our questions were answered promptly. The whole team at Burford were friendly and professional always passing our messages on and getting back to us with any answers. On completion we received a beautiful card and gift adding to the personal touch provided throughout the whole experience. Many thanks to the entire team!

I had a very positive experience working with Butler Sherborn from start to finish. Communication was consistently clear and responsive, which made a real difference. They were also incredibly helpful in recommending reliable local contractors when needed, which saved time and gave extra peace of mind. Lucia availability stood out. She was always on hand to answer questions, provide updates, and offer support at each stage. The whole process took around three months to complete, and they managed expectations well, keeping everything realistic and transparent. Overall, a professional, supportive, and well-organised team. I’d happily recommend them.

GoogleEveryone in Lettings at the Burford office are lovely. But Vanessa especially went above and beyond. In this current market where there is so little stock, huge competition and most estate agents don’t even bother returning calls, Vanessa always kept me in the loop, was available most of the times I called, and when not, returned my calls promptly. I’ve finally secured a property to rent and I can’t thank Vanessa and her team enough for making it happen!

They made the whole selling process feel effortless, fetched us a great price for our home, and were incredibly understanding when we had to put the sale on hold for a while due to a death in the family. I'd highly recommend them, not just for the beautiful houses they have on their books but for the classy way they go about selling them.

GoogleReally impressed with the team - Helen and Katy in particular with the epitome of professional, courteous with a wonderful sense of humour! They appear to work 24-7 and I was kept fully aware of what was happening with my buyer. I'm happy to report we managed to secure an offer over the asking price from a cash buyer - it doesn't get better than that. Although not the cheapest - they're well worth the money and I believe, a significant cut above any other estate agent I interviewed. Thank you ladies - really appreciate all the efforts.
