GoogleWe had 3 estate agents initially view the property and we went with Castlemans. No regrets throughout the process. We were taken to exchange day by a potential buyer who pulled out citing other ‘interests’ that had come to fruition! Abi and Andy were very apologetic but it wasn’t their fault in anyway. We soon had a second buyer and both were extremely helpful as the property lay empty and we felt they went ‘above and beyond’. Communication was first rate and we felt they really were working to get this ‘over the line’. It eventually did and in no small way was down to them. We are very appreciative of the work they put in and cannot recommend them highly enough. Thankyou.

GoogleMy Nephew rang 2 weeks ago and left a message on their answerphone regarding some of there advertised properties - okay, I know the majority of buyers use the internet/email, but he's "old school" and likes to chat rather than type.
Anyway, he's still waiting for the call back!
Irrelevant now really, as he's made an offer on another property in Verwood which has been accepted - a 360 Properties/Castleman Estate Agents loss along with the "unaware" seller paying them commission!
The point of this genuine review, is the fact that aren't estate agents meant to chase every lead and enquiry? Obviously not this one!
Prospective buyers and sellers be warned. What's the point in having an answerphone service if the recordings aren't checked or followed up? Not very professional.
