Agent replied · 31 May 2023
Apologies that you feel the service was not great but we do have an answer phone service and we strive to return calls as soon as is physically possible. Having looked in to the matter, your unanswered call was at 8pm when our offices are closed. For future reference if you leave a message on the answer machine we try our best to deal with any enquiries remotely that cannot wait until the office opens again in the morning.
