This is for wanted of my time and distrust communications. It is breaches of Laws to taken anyone's Personal details NI Numbers information then put a unnecessary barriers which is totally unreasonable abusive. UNIVERSAL CREDIT given me permission to apply Housing Benefits clearly no one shouldn't be allowed to made any concerns over to the DWP. But before viewing the Property should to be asked that HOUSING DEPARTMENTS NEEDS TO BE CONFIRMED SEND LETTERS TO THIS ESTATES AGENT'S. HOUSING DEPARTMENTS doesn't have any liability for given any kind of Benefits because of DWP tax the liability. This is unexpected very serious abusive manners. I travelled so far spending lots of money it's not ideal to be against the LAWS abusive. My all details shouldn't be used any purposes or filling up forms for showing anything. OLIWIA I don't want to comments anything about her because of should to be fair processes works Organised by the Head Lettings. UXBRIDGE COUNCIL OR DWP no ones has any issues to be paid Housing Rent because of the Laws Systems set up. Ashame, regrets and hates to see inhumane God definitely will be given proper punishments to targeted humans. If I paid £219 for Reference Checked this money could have scammed, this is their bussinness to be scammed and taken money illegally unlawfully groups of cheats scammers fraud. After given all valid ID Proofs of the main HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENTS needs Reference Checked truly they are not the right LETTINGS to do work with faith trust. AVOID.....Very bad company to deal with. I have been moved to a property that had previously prostitutes and people knocking on my window and entering our back garden to look for them. At very late nights. Despite telling them that i have kids living with me and reported to the police the agency dont care. We asked to move out and to be refunded our deposit that we paid they are refusing to pay our deposit back. They dont care about people safety and kids saftey all they care is money money money... Very discusted from their behaviour and the way they are dealing with my situation. If u care about ur self and ur family avoid this company. They dont care. UPDATE: people believe me this company dont care those things that were mentioned to be fixed were 4 days ago? Amd guess what??? Nothing was sorted plus how u gonna sort the people coming tonour window at 1am midnight knockin on our window??you guys are putting my families life at risk my kids life at risk by not giving back our deposit and forcing us to stay but what if something happens to us what then?? Ill take you guys to court for doing this and putting my kids life indanger... As per council we have permisson yo leave the property but you guys are blackmailing us with our deposit money which we gave amd you giys wont return it. Absolutely avoid yhis company please if u care about ur familly...

I honestly cannot thank the team enough for everything they did for me. I ran into a legal issue during the process which was really stressful, and at times I felt completely unsure about what was going to happen. They were brilliant throughout. AVOID THIS AGENCY SCAMMERS!!! After moving in we found out the place was used as a brothel, being a family with children we have explained to the agency that we want to move out and want our money back but as it seems they are happy to take large amounts of money and not pay back even though none of this is our fault and despite saying they are putting in safety measures into place 4 weeks ago nothing has been done, if you care about your family please avoid this agency. They are putting our lives at risk by not refunding us our money so we can move somewhere where we are safe instead we are having to stay here while different people try to come into our house and at the windows at late nights. They do not care about tenants safety at all avoid at all costs.

Received a letter from this agency after recently marketing our property with Yopa. They basically slated Yopa and said how terrible they are to try and win my business. We are very happy with Yopa as an affordable online agent and they've done everything that this agency says they would do (probably even more). Very disappointed that they are doing this as a form of advertising - they should put their money elsewhere. Very rude to slate another company to try and get business.
