GoogleTo be honest, I never done a review for anyone. However, I am writing it for 'Zubair Malik' (hillingdon Harrt) because of his excellent service. From the beginning, he is very approachable , very polite and he did what he promised us. Above all ' excellent convincer and time keeper'. Definitely, I will recommend him to my friends if they need in future.

GoogleAbsolutely horrible shitey estate agents. I've called 3 times over 3 weeks for them to remove their estate agents board from my front lawn and been told every time that they will have it removed soon and nothing done about it yet, spoke to them again told me again it will be 24-48 hours, let's see if they do what they say this time.

GoogleHorrible agent for from experience i guess for both buyers as well as sellers ! I viewed property with this lot and offered price that was agreed, only to be told a week later that owner of the property decided to go with offer higher than mine. I was NOT give any option or even information on how this was handled - was only told of end result. During this time i had contacted agent to make sure if anything else was required from my side. But it looks like they kept on playing games with both me and the seller BECAUSE this happened in June 2014 and SAME property is now sold in Jan 2015 by ANOTHER agent below my OFFER price !!!! Proof of all this is on zoopla and i still offer acceptance later from the agent ! Also everyone i spoke to always assured me that my offer was in safe hands ! which obviously wasn't - Would I deal with them again - absolutely not ! would you - i dont think you should even take a risk. They first put me against other buyers and kept increasing probably till they found someone desperate who couldnt afford but had to raise because of tactics finally it looks like sell fell through and seller had to desperately find another agent AND take a hit on selling price. Even during this period they could have contacted me but they Dint because they had failed for both buyer and seller. Seriously someone from the head office should be taking a look at the business here as i dont think its right for anyone making probably most expensive purchase of their life. Needless to say this also put me in a personal situation as baby was due soon and i was left without a property which i could afford, offered... accepted only to be messed up by people here. Even half a star is too much !
