Hello from the Uxbridge branch team. We are extremely proud of our well-recognised office in the centre of town, close to the Underground station. We have been part of the community since 2007 and have helped thousands of people move to and within the neighbourhood, trading up as they outgrow their old home or downsizing as their children fly the nest. In some cases we have helped many generations of the same family move and much of our business remains word-of-mouth, such is our reputation in Uxbridge. Worst experience ever. We arrived into a house that was dirty and a we just got a cleaning lady during one morning so no professional cleaning. The house had holes in the walls because they had removed all TVs (that were supposed to stay!) and they were painting and dirt on the wall as well. In the toilet we had some dirty towels that we ask Cameron's permission to dispose and they say yes. On the freezer we had one drawer broken when we arrived. We took all of that the best we could. But the worst came when we had to live. they tried by all means to charge us 1000 GBP for the holes, the drawer, painting dirty and even for the towels, saying that they had disappeared (thank god we had the agreement to dispose them by email!). They even said that as we left and extra mirror in one room, they were going to charge us for removing as it was not there before (it was crazy!!!!). In the end we ended up paying 300 for a professional cleaner after weeks of long emails because we could not fight anymore. Of course that was not right as we never had one! On top all of that, one of us forgot to stop the direct payment for the housing and Cameron Estate Agents say that they would only return the money if we would pay an extra 50 for the inconvenience. We had then to pay it. MAD! I still have proof of all emails if needed so please contact me!

Upon reviewing our records, I am pleased to confirm that this matter was concluded and the deposit allocated in line with your agreement. The proposal against the tenants’ deposit is always made in line with the terms and conditions of the tenancy agreement as well as the check in and checkout reports. Similarly, the charge you are referring to, was outlined within the agreement and reminded to you when you submitted your notice to vacate, Cameron have been trading for 28 years, are ARLA licensed Agents adhering to the highest professional standards, and are proud to have thousands of satisfied customers & verified five star Google and Allagents reviews.

1st of all the advice given by Ketan Tailor in renting out my property was 2nd to none it was incredible how his years of experience culminated in me not only getting suitable tenants but also having much much less to worry about when we got rid of all the furniture. we not only had full time support from Ketan but also from his team of Nicola & Mayaa along with now Michelle They are always available & I have gone for full management so I now have no headaches or worries as I did previously with 2 sets of other tenants which ultimately ended up costing me money.! they came highly recommended from my daughter & she was right I am very pleased with the Service they all provide so efficiently & quickly.
