1st Choice Properties Uxbridge reviews

I was terribly let down by members of 1st Choice Properties especially by Roomona the lettings manager herself who made false promises time after time especially regarding my deposit. Customer Satisfaction is not a priority to them regardless of how much you cooperate just to be left ignored and the resolution not resolved at all. During move out in the end the agent made ridiculous claims on the damages of the property and paid extreme attention to detail which is strange as the agent during my move in was completely different and very rushed during inventory check which now I am aware was on purpose to benefit from these so called damages. When asked to show evidence of these so called damages I had no cooperation and was totally ignored! If you are currently renting from 1st choice be cautious of this as they will try to take your deposit to benefit themselves and if you are considering 1st Choice well I suggest you don’t!

We rented a 5 bedroom student house with Roomana who is the Lettings Manager. She is extremely professional and fair. They managed our property for 2 years and conducted a detailed inventory. The attention to detail for existing damages via previous tenants were documented, pictures were taken and signed by both parties. When vacating the house at the end of 2 years an End of Inventory was carried out. Unfortunately, one of us had burnt the carpet in one of the bedrooms, so we had to pay for the replacement carpet which is actually fair. Apart from that, the property was returned in pretty much the same condition and we received the remaining deposit within 5 days.

I am just here to thank Alex and Roomana for their amazing guidance and services for providing me the best rental apartment in Uxbridge. At a time when I was completely new in the city and was desperate looking for a shelter, Alex and Roomana really helped me a lot and took care of every need and requirement of mine. It is all because of them that I now have a great place to live and study.

1st Choice Properties has been a godsend. We have been let down by 2 other Estate Agents. Alex has helped us tremendously with finding a 4 bedroom house. Their fees are pretty much standard and their personal touch and service is exceptional (really). Alex is "The Man" - Great guy.

I am very excited because these guys gave me a property that I wanted from a long time. At first, I thought that within my budget it is impossible to get some A grade property yet when I told this fact, they were smiling and pointed out that there are lots of fantastic real estate at this rate. Soon they showed me lots of options based on my needs and I was surprised to have bought this house o such affordable rates.

Both Alex and Roomana are courteous and believe in the concept, promises are made to be kept. Yes, they have really kept their promises by finding the best room for me. I like the way they listen to all my queries and try to solve each of them very politely. I am taking this podium to convey my thanks to both of them who have helped me and my friends who have come long way from China to study here. I would highly recommend this property management company to others who aspire to come here to study or to work.

Their experience speaks from their quality services. I didn’t believe them at first sight because like every other letting agency they were promising a lot yet they actually kept their promise and delivered good results. I was looking for a property where I can set up my studio as well as there would be living rooms just like any other house. Guess what? I was surprised that they understood my requirements and showed me properties that actually matched my needs. Soon I came to a decision and the property was actually cheaper than what I expected.

Amazing service!! I came from India to study here and was looking for a residential property for rent and it was an urgent need. However, many letting agents failed to provide me good options until I found this agency that took 1 week and got me what I needed exactly. One bedroom with a beautiful kitchen and bathroom along with a beautiful drawing room. The rent is also affordable and I think I got a fair rate compared to the other options. Wonderful work guys...Thanks again.

They are resourceful, attentive and efficient. I do not expect anything more from a letting agent and that was very much fulfilled by this agency. Since I was searching a "To Let" estate for setting up my business which they promised to get me the best according to my needs. I got a great deal and the rate was very much similar to what I had in my mind. To say the truth, they actually deserve 10 stars for the excellent services.

I spoke with them on the phone today regarding looking at their properties online. Before I could explain what my call was regarding the woman (dawn) wanted to know my full contact details. The reason I had called was because the listings on gumtree were clearly wrong and I needed some clarification. They had the same pictures of a property on two listings in two different locations. I just wanted to know if the one I was interested in was actually the one I was looking at. (Never even got round to explaining this to the woman) I looked on their website to see if the listing was correct on there but they didn't even have it on. I wasn't prepared to give out anything more than my name as I was only enquiring if it was actually the right property, if it was I would have liked to view. Not after the rude tone and pushing from the telephonist though. They seem really unprofessional and won't be contacting them for a viewing.

I shifted here in Houston a year back for my higher studies all the way from India. If Roomana and Alex had not been there, then I would not have been able to sail across my stay out here. They are by far the best letting agents who understand the importance of affordability, peace and communicability of a place when it comes to a student’s stay. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Roomana and Alex had been my constant aide to find the best rental apartment in Hayes. I can say that without their constant guidance and support I could not have survived a moment in the city where finding a residence, that too an affordable one, is a great obstacle. I just cannot that them enough for everything they did for me and for staying beside me throughout my entire stay in the place.

Have a friend that rented through them. Not gonna spend a lot of time reviewing them. In a nutshell: 1) Dishonest. 2) Rude. 3) Unprofessional. 4) Non-compliant with law. 5) Making ridiculous excuse and false claim in order to keep your deposit. 6) Taking advantage of vulnerable and defenceless people (i.e student; foreigners) for own benefit. Conclusion: avoid them at all cost.

Initially I thought that it would be extremely difficult for me to get a rented property in Uxbridge. But a friend gave me Roomana's contact and asked to consult them for some amazing properties. And that is it. I am in love with my new residence and highly thankful to her.

Disgusting people. Incredibly rude and don't care about you once you've paid the fees. Stay away from Roomana and Alex, they're awful people who have no sense on how to run an estate agents.
