Special thanks to Sarah who went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the sale of my parents' property was successful, whilst keeping all parties up to date right through to the happy outcome. It was not easy to leave Upton after 50 years, but it helped knowing we were being looked after. My brother and I were very young when we moved to Upton, now there is a new family there with small children - we hope they enjoy their new home. Thank you Sarah and Shaun.

Everything from the initial viewing to the final check out procedure was handled professionally and Sarah was on hand with advice to help the entire process go without a hitch. Letting through lewis dean and dealing with Sarah has always been a pleasure, as she has dealt with any problems quickly and with a polite and friendly manner. I would recommend Lewis Dean to anyone looking to rent in the area. And would not hesitate to rent another property through them in the future. FacebookHaving let my property out through LewisDean for 7 years I cannot recommend them enough. Sarah makes the experience as hassle free as possible. All tenants are rigorously vetted. My property has had quite an extensive re-furb between tenants and as soon as it was ready to be viewed a tenant was secured immediately. I can rest assured knowing my investment couldn’t be in better hands and I’m also safe in the knowledge that the tenant is looked after too. 5 ⭐️ service.

FacebookWe moved to Upton over 8 years ago, about 7 years ago we started our journey with Lewis Dean. I say journey because we started with a phone call to view a property to rent and ended with them helping us buy our first house. Over the years we have built a fantastic relationship with them. This is down to two things 1) their excellent customer service. 2) Their integral part to the heart of our community. they aren't simply an office moving property, they are two people who genuinely care about all of the community, the families here and the future of Upton. I wouldn't even consider using another agent.
