FacebookThought Greys were going to be a good company to sell through however no viewings in approx 2 weeks. Ended up finding my own buyer (a friend) and had no communication from Greys other than the sales memo or follow up to check if I needed anything. However when they found out about the exchange they got their bill in very quickly for doing little work. When I complained they said everything went well on its own and the sale was completed quickly despite them actually having no influence at all on timescales / finding a buyer. Rubbish communication apart from when it comes to putting in their commission bill!

FacebookTerrible, we requested to view a property and was told it had been held. Another week later we noticed it was still advertised, called again & was now able to arrange a viewing. We viewed the rental property. Put down holding deposit the next morning & confirmed paperwork.Discussed moving dates.Next day was told they had now received a 2nd holding deposit in the afternoon. My understanding is this is not an allowed practise.Later that day it was confirmed the 2nd offer was accepted.Very poor show. We shall be avoiding Greys.

After a bad experience with another local agent Greys picked us off the floor and worked so hard with us to find a great buyer, then to find our new home! We couldn’t be happier...except that we will miss seeing Russ, Lydia, Joe and of course the lovely Quintin. Not planning on moving again for a while guys, but one day we will be back! Xxxx

FacebookI contacted greys about a flat I was interested in viewing in upton, it was perfect and in a great location for a first time buy. Unfortunately I was called the next day and too late as an offer had been accepted. �2 weeks later I had a phone call from Lydia to tell me a flat was coming up on the market next door to the previous one and as I was dis-heartened that I missed out on the last opportunity they wanted me to be the first to know and I can now proudly call this place home, which I owe them a big thank you for �Greys were professional and friendly. I was a bit daunted by everything for a first time buyer but they made sure I understood everything and were happy to answer any questions I had!I would recommend greys to anyone and I hope you have as much success as I did P.s the cupcakes were amazing!!

GoogleRefuses to do viewings via video for long term clients after agreeing to do just that over email. Would rather potential customers paid exorbitant train prices to come for a 20 minute viewing. Unreasonable. Unfair. Unprofessional.
Hi Elliot, Unfortunately 'facetime' viewings is not something we (or any other agent to our knowledge) currently offer. We always like people to actually view the property so they can get a good feel for the area and a real perspective of what the property has to offer. ultimately, this puts you in a far better position to make an informed decision whether to proceed or not. We offered you an appointment to internally view and would still encourage you to do so if the property is of interest. Sadly travel cost and arrangements falls on you if travelling from outside the area. We are sorry you feel this way and always try to conduct ourselves in a reasonable, fair and professional manner.
