GoogleSent multiple Emails/enquiries over a 2 week period to view a property and nobody got back to me. The property is still listed for rent. If you are thinking of renting a property with these or a landlord thinking of listing your property, save yourself time and go and seek the services of a professional company. Avoid.

GoogleHad a flat with fozard between 2018 to 2019 which I shared with a friend who unfortunately died unexpectedly and I couldn't afford to pay the rent on my own. Despite them not being obliged to do so, they were very supportive and allowed me to move out before the notice period at no extra cost. They were also extremely helpful whenever we had a y problems that needed sorting. For example there was an issue with the door to one of the bedrooms and I got locked in one day. I called Fozard and they had someone round to fix the door within an hour. I can't speak highly enough of them they really made the whole process of moving both in and out much less stressful than it can be.

GoogleAbsolutely amazing Agents. Professional, efficient, reliable and they go that extra mile to give you the best service possible. Couldn’t recommend this agent more! I have worked with them over many years as a landlord for various properties in various areas and always received the best results. For example used them for a new block of apartments in Huddersfield and Salford for which I had instructed local well know agents who did not update me and were very slow on achieving any results. Fozard’s swiftly let the properties and achieved the maximum rental with the best tenants. They even held opening days and the marketing process was superb! If you are landlord and want a agent you can trust and rely on then look no further, Glen the director and his team are the best!

Googledreadful, can't get hold of them either by phone or email to book a viewing even. They never answer. How this place got an award I'll never know...

GoogleI have done a lot of work for these guys on a contractor basis. I have to say the team are brilliant and always manage to help the tenant resolve any issues and always pay me promptly. I wish more letting and sales agents were as good as these guys.
