⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had a really positive experience with the letting agency, especially in dealing with Mark, who has been absolutely brilliant throughout the process. He’s been extremely proactive, attentive and friendly, and has always been quick to respond and helpful whenever I’ve had a question or needed anything. Moving can be stressful, but Mark has made the whole experience feel really straightforward and reassuring. I’ve felt genuinely looked after as a tenant, which isn’t always the case with letting agencies! A 10/10 experience, I’d definitely recommend Wade Residential, and especially Mark, to anyone looking to rent.

I have only positive things to say about Wade Residential. From the moment we viewed the flat, Mark was honest, warm and welcoming. Even when I had a delay in my reference paperwork, Mark was patient and very communicative, and helped to resolve the situation. We were offered the property furnished, part-furnished, or unfurnished. We opted for part-furnished and were able to specify the items we wanted at no extra cost (white goods, sofa and one bed), which suited us perfectly as we already had some furniture of our own. During the tenancy both Mark and Simon were always quick to respond to any queries we raised. Upon vacating the property, they deemed our cleaning of the property was entirely sufficient and we were able to get our entire deposit back, which was great news, and I was very grateful for this honesty and trust in us, having dealt with less than helpful landlords in previous properties I have lived in. Even after vacating the property, I had a letter which was sent to the address, and I was able to retrieve this with help from Mark. Overall we felt very looked after while renting with Wade Residential. We could not recommend them enough! Thank you Mark and Simon!

Can’t stress enough how, in a world where London letting agents seem to all conspire to make the process as difficult and painful as possible, Mark at Wade Residential was a breath of fresh air. From the start of wanting to arrange a viewing all the way to securing my new property, he was very communicative, noticeably responsive and transparent throughout. Any enquiry (even a silly question at 7am) is met with a professional, informed response, often within 30 minutes of sending. The service is friendly, fast and reliable, which is everything you want when you are moving home. Can’t recommend Wade Residential enough to anyone looking to move in London - they’ve made the whole thing a lot easier and I feel very happy to be in their hands.

Mark and his team have been on hand for the last 6 years to help with letting my property. Their service has been seamless with clear communication between myself and tenants with prompt updates/repairs/accounts etc. This has included checkouts and reletting during difficult periods like covid. In mine and my wife's experience, dealing with Mark and his team has been an absolute charm, both in ease of speaking and how thoroughly we are looked after. Got a problem? It's fixed within a few days, or you've certainly got an action plan in place to get it rectified. Our property was stunning when we walked in and made up to a high standard, and the aftercare is just as stunning as the property. My wife has rented before, and seen the horror stories she's had with estate agents so know just how difficult an estate agent can make your life... Thankfully Mark and his team are NOTHING like this. I highly recommend Wade Residential if you're looking for a place, because the service is second to none. For certain, you'll be looked after by him and his team.
