GoogleStuart, Paul and the team were truly excellent in handling the sale of my mother's property. They were professional, responsive, courteous, efficient, sensitive, timely. From initial inquiry, marketing, handling bids and co-coordinating each step to completion they were always available. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Thank you so much for helping with what can be a challenging experience.

GoogleWe cannot thank Nicola and Stuart of Gates Parish & Co enough for all their help during my mother’s purchase of a warden assisted flat. No request was too much trouble, they enabled our various surveyors and contractors to visit the flat whenever we needed and contacted our sellers and their solicitor whenever we asked. All in all, we had an extremely positive buying experience and would thoroughly recommend Gates Parish & Co.

GoogleWe put our house in the market and only had 3 viewings in 3 months. When we called them they told us that Stuart had retired but never bothered to inform us. Terrible service and never apologised. We sold our house with beresfords.

GoogleWe bought from Gates and Parish about 12 yes ago and had an excellent experience so when we decided to move in August 2020 we went straight back to them. I cannot praise Paul enough. From start to finish he worked tirelessly to help us navigate not only the sale but also the fact that we were going several 100mikes away. He went above and beyond and we managed to move seamlessly within a matter of months. Ithank you. Highly recommended. You get what you pay for!

GoogleVery rude, Unprofessional and unhelpful. Could not provide any explanation on details provided on their own report. Considering the cost they charge, didn't expect such irresponsible service.
