GoogleKirklands were very proactive and communicative throughout the sale of my parents property. They recommended the best pictures and pack and brought the property to the market quickly. The offered plenty of support, guidance and advice and they brought a high volume of potential buyers to the property which resulted in a very quick sale. Very happy with the whole service offered.

GoogleI've had a really positive experience dealing with Kirklands. It was a sensitive sale as it was my parents house. Ross came out to see the property and instantly put me at ease. He provided a detailed breakdown of fees. Katrina and Audrey were both brilliant to deal with. Kept me updated all way through and provided advice. I would really recommend Kirklands for all your estate agency needs as they provide a very personal experience.

GoogleI reviewed local agents and decided to go with Kirkland Uddingston office, my decision was proved to be correct, from the beginning the team were great at organising photos and marketing my house. They kept me well informed of viewers and their situation, if the were first time buyer, cash or house to sell. My house was on the market for 1 week and sold, delighted with the service and outcome, I would highly recommend the team.

GoogleWe had a great experience with Kirklands, both for the sale of our old the purchase of the new house. Everyone in the team we dealt with was fantastic, always keeping us in the loop and providing updates at every stage. The fees were reasonable too, and I would happily recommend Kirklands to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!

Within a week of first meeting Ross the property was on the market, with a sale agreed less than two weeks later. The communication was excellent from start to finish, I dealt mostly with Katrina and Audrey but huge thanks to everyone else in the office also!
