I have recently moved out of a property that I rented through Lampon Lets, they were amazing from the start when we moved in and also when we moved out, Lucy and Nehal went above and beyond for us especially with us moving out they managed to find a tenant to move in so we could end our tenancy a month early which was amazing for us and something they did not have to do, they did the check out the same day I gave the keys back, and released the deposit the same day too, I couldn't thank them enough and would defiantly recommend them.

Lampon Lets have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, having experienced numerous letting agents as a tenant it was a breath of fresh air to deal with such personable and professional people, Lucy is an absolute credit to Lampon Lets, no issue was too small for her to provide her undevoted attention to, happily liaising between myself and the landlord to get issues resolved rapidly. Unlike other letting agents, Lampon Lets treats you as a human, understanding the place you’ve rented is your home. Unless asked, Lampon Lets and the team leave you to your own devices as a tenant, rarely bothering you unless there’s an issue you’ve asked them to address. If more estate agents could be like Lampon Lets and you could somehow clone Lucy Lowe, the world of renting would be a whole lot better!

Excellent lettings agency- I recently found a property to rent through them and they manage the property I rent. They are exceptionally professional, fair, helpful and friendly (I have quite a bit of experience with letting agencies and these excelled above all others). Nehal and Dominic were particularly helpful and I’m really grateful for their excellent service. Much appreciated and would definitely recommend.

We would highly recommend Lampon Lets. Since the beginning nothing was a problem! Lovely people to deal with. Lampon Lets Team always made sure that everything was done straight away. The house itself very cosy, refurbished, clean. Lovely area, peaceful, next to woods. We couldn't ask for more. I felt I needed to write a review as a neighbour of a property that has been let out by Lampon Lets. I had tried to convince the owner of next-door to go through an agency for many years after many disasters. When finally Lampon Lets got involved they assured me they would find brilliant neighbours who would be friendly, respectful and caring. Dom and Lucy were so professional, considerate to us as neighbours. We now have wonderful neighbours which is so important to be able to enjoy the road, neighbourhood you live in. Me and my partner have just got our first flat from Lampon Lets and from our first point of contact with Lucy Lowe she was amazing at helping us with every enquiry we had no matter what time of day or night. DO NOT USE! They rented a property Elm Cottage Nutley High Street to us 3 months ago knowing full well the property has damp issues, the previous tenant also reported the damp issue and had to move due to health impacts from the damp. Same thing happened with the previous tentants furniture, this is our furniture in the summertime, nothing was done and i've noticed they have put the property up to let again, without repairing this damp issue!

We always responded quickly to your calls. Multiple times you emailed commending us on our efficiency. We arranged for an independent specialist to attend and advise. In addition, Wealden District Council Environmental department visited the property. Both experts concluded the primary cause of condensation was the tenants failure to provide proper ventilation and appropriate heating levels during the colder months of the year. Your comments are therefore unfair and inaccurate.

I have recently moved my portfolio away from Lampon Lets because of poor service. The new agents discovered invalid EICR's , smoke alarms, out of date. Inspections not carried out for years. Very poor. Lampon Lets have recently suggested I have made inaccurate claims about their poor service, however I have documentary evidence. As to their suggestion that they were no longer prepared to act for me, the truth is they found out I was planning to move my portfolio and their Director " threw his toys out of his pram" His parting shot to me was " You will not find the level of service we provide anywhere in the market " Having discovered just how poor their level of service was following the appointment of new altogether more professional agents I concede that he was right I would be hard pressed to find another agent that are as poor as Lampon Lets.

These claims are inaccurate. Lampon Lets decided that we were no longer prepared to act for you for a number of reasons and served you notice accordingly. You were clearly annoyed with our decision. We maintain the highest standards within the letting industry.
