Sara and the team at Duke Letting have been fantastic, thoroughly professional (with an innate personal touch) and a pleasure to work with to find an ideal property to suit my needs. They went out of their way to organise an initial viewing at last minute, and provided clear and helpful advice all the way through. The referencing process was very smooth and I felt supported and guided throughout the process. Going above and beyond, Sara also provided enriching and very helpful advice on the area, setting up utilities, etc.

Very poor experience with Duke. The customer service requires significant improvement. The staff member I dealt with on the phone was unprofessional, appeared unable to manage her emotions appropriately, and her behaviour came across as discriminatory. Offers and requests were not handled properly or efficiently. Additionally, when making a complaint, it is concerning that the matter is handled by the same person involved in the original issue, which raises serious concerns about fairness and impartiality.

Duke Letting have been managing properties on my behalf for almost 20 years. This is the longest time I have ever worked with a single service provider without any complaints. Rod and his team make the process of letting and managing property painless and worry free. They are always efficient and pleasant to deal with and have, on several occasions, gone to great lengths to sort out problems for me before I even knew about them. Without Duke Letting, I would have got out of the rental property business a long time ago - but with them it has been a pleasure.

This company treated a long standing renter of 18 years absolutely shockingly with no repairs , no help when things went wrong, minimal contact and when they did contact they were rude, unhelpful and devious and kept a dead man’s deposit and evicted his widow! They were arrogant, insensitive and I would never touch any of their properties again let alone put a property up to rent with them . Appalling behaviour DO NOT USE!!
