Becky at the Northend branch, bloomin' terrific!

The landlord of my current home put me in a precarious situation and I needed to find somewhere new to live, along came Becky and the Cubitt & West team to help with viewing and ultimately securing a property in close proximity to my current home.Becky's personable and amenable nature has been incredibly helpful during a rather busy and stressful time. I've been kept informed of progress and any key decisions. In addition to the obvious stuff, it felt like Becky was keen to help me, rather than just the landlords. Quite refreshing!An easy recommendation from me!

We recently sold our house with Cubbitt and West.Although they are a bit more expensive than other estate agents we felt we made the right choice as we couldn't fault the service provided.We told them from the beginning we will need time to find a house to buy and they totally understood and we haven't felt any pressure from them.This although our house sold in one day.Especially Julie Bramble the sales progressor was very helpful providing us with regular updates and checking in with solicitors. She made the whole process as stress free as possible.Thank you!

From the first phone call the North End branch were polite, helpful and supportive. Special thanks to Mo Hussain who did exactly what he said he would getting us a quick sale for more money than I thought possible. It has been a long and painful road to buy a property, but flat number 4 was meant to be obviously (other properties with different agents)! Also, I must thank James, their financial advisor for his excellent work, he’s made me realise my full purchase potential and never had a silly question been a problem for him.Honestly don’t think I’d be anywhere near to completion without Heidi and James! Selling my house quickly with Cubit and West

I decided to go with Cubit and West, due to the sales pitch by Claire Mansell which was very impressive. Once I had prepared the house for sale, photographs and a video tour were taken and sent to their Data base of potential buyers, the house was immediately viewed and an offer excepted before the house went live on their web-site, Zoopla or Rightmove.I was kept up to date on the progress of the sale at every step of the way, mainly by Cailean Burns, he normally answered the phone and was always happy to answer my questions and queries.They are also dealing with the sale of my girlfriends house sale and once again Cailean has been the main point of contact and has been happy to chase any questions and issues on that sale too.I was very happy with the whole process.

For the past six months They have been trying to sell my property with Cubitt and West I can’t praise them enough! The team in Horley is absolutely outstanding… from their communication style to the level of professionalism is spot on. I have been dealing with Ellie, Siobhan, and Ben, who are so understanding about your time limitations, routine etc…. As the property I own, has its quirks, I had to rely on their diligence and devotion to be able to find the right person for it. ! Which happened! I have been very impressed with Cubitt & West, Redhill. Kristine Capule, especially, listened to my requirements carefully when I put my property on the market, and she managed to secure a buyer extremely quickly. She was also spot on to suggest properties that I might be interested in, which helped me to find a new property I wanted to buy quickly too. Kristine is extremely professional, courteous and she is a careful listener and has the expertise to get you fast to the next step when it comes to selling and buying property. Nothing is too much trouble, and she is always happy to assist with any additional queries one might have. Could not recommend enough

We have recently sold our property through Cubitt & West and could not recommend the southsea branch enough. We instantly warmed to Maddison the moment she came to do a valuation and throughout the whole journey, she has been invaluable. Amelia and Emily have been incredible whilst conducting viewings and as a result, we sold within just a few days.The entire team has also helped us with our own property search and we have felt nothing but supported and listened to.
