TrustpilotTerrible service.
Very disappointed with the management service I had as a landlord letting out a flat via Cubitt and West. Genuinely had to chase them for a response to everything - was so much work. Also found one member of staff unhelpful and she refused to use my name on every email response which made it feel rude and unpersonable. Won't be using them again.

TrustpilotThanks and praise for good service.
All of the Cubitt & West staff have been polite, helpful and supportive throughout our sale process. Maddison & Robin have given their best efforts despite a rocky road due to buyers in the past pulling out at the last moment, necessitating re-marketing, which was addressed very efficiently and promptly.

TrustpilotExcellent Sales Progressor
Our Sales Progressor, Karen Fogarty, was incredibly helpful and diligent throughout the process of selling our house. Our sale and onward purchase was far from straight forward, but we're very thankful to Karen for all of her help with moving both along as quickly as possible. She also provided really helpful advice, making us feel valued and supported when on occasions the process became quite difficult.

TrustpilotCubitt and West Southsea branch - a great team
Cubitt and West Southsea branch sold our house for us efficiently and professionally. The whole team, Maddison, Claire and Julie, all knew their jobs, knew exactly what to do in a busy environment, and they got on with it. We were kept informed all the way through and the result was a successful sale, with happy buyers and sellers. I recommend them without hesitation.

TrustpilotViewing with Aden!
It was a genuine pleasure to meet with Aden at a recent viewing at one of your rental properties. I was not only impressed with the level of service and kind attention he gave me regarding the property, but also for his enthusiasm and passion for his career, prospects and future with your agency. He cared and that’s not always the case when viewing properties. I’m sure any agency would be thrilled to have Aden work with them. He’s going places!Thank you.Mark 😊
