Renting out a flat

We used Cubitt & West to rent out our flat in Littlehampton, can honestly say we've had absolutely no issues with the whole process moving ahead very quickly, from finding a tenant to getting the tenancy agreement set up, it's been an incredibly smooth process. The majority of the correspondence and information was passed through Marcus Farrow who was able to answer all and any queries and we are very grateful for his quick replies to emails and how stress free the whole process was

Starting with Charlotte aka the boss lol who was wonderful on the phone and spoke to me with respect and full of energy. Despite a very convincing hard sale, with promise of above market service, it was all very mediocre. There was poor copper action with our requests in the marketing material. The open day was managed by very junior, inexperienced staff. A worse if all the verbally agreed price with the branch manager was not the final demand. The advert 'no added extras' was not applied as they added a marketing charge to the agreed price. This company is not worth the extra cost. Mediocre at best. Avoid .
