I don't often write reviews. But I have to say how fantastic all the girls are at Stonecross. Laura Hulme dealt with a lot of my queries and nothing was too much trouble for her. She went above and beyond when selling my home and helped to find my dream home. I am not good with technology and struggled to send information to the Solicitors online. The Ladies at Stone Cross Estate Agents in Tyldesley helped with the sale of our late parents’ family home. From the beginning they took the time to understand the property’s features, showing an interest in its history so they could market it intelligently. They were professional at all times and understood how the access to the property operated so we didn’t need to be present at the viewings. They kept us informed in advance of all viewings, and provided feedback in a timely and efficient manner. I particularly liked the way you could speak to anyone in the office and they all knew the current state of play. Made an offer on an house and they never kept me updated. Unlike other estate agents who tell us someone has made a higher offer and if we would like to make another offer. Stonecross said they will call me back for our best and final offer but never did. They emailed and said that our "offer is not acceptable" for their clients which we also thought could have been worded better. Overall not very impressed with this estate agent.

Updated Review.....Ive just sold a property and it was my first time selling. I genuinely cant recommend these enough 8/9 wks to get to the end. They went above and beyond as per usual thank you especially to Laura for all the support. To clarify its the first time dealing with Tyldesley the rest have been Lowton and I can assure youth standards don't slip Thank you ladies once again.
