We had the pleasure of letting a property through Websters Estate Agents Twickenham, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the service we received. We dealt primarily with Louisa, who is a truly lovely and professional lady, and also with Melanie (who may have since moved on), who was equally kind and helpful. Our experience with both of them reflects very positively on the agency. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and efficiently. We were provided with all the necessary certificates, documentation, guidance, and comprehensive support from the agency. Every step of the process was clearly explained, which gave us great confidence and peace of mind. The team is friendly, professional, and exceptionally responsive, they reply very quickly to enquiries and emails, which we greatly appreciated. There were no delays at any stage. The flat was exceptionally well checked before we moved in, and the inventory and documentation were thorough and detailed. We were very happy with how carefully everything was prepared and recorded. Overall, we are extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend Websters Estate Agents Twickenham to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and supportive letting agency.

In the current challenging rental market, encountering genuinely nice and sincere individuals is crucial. I consider myself fortunate to have met Karl, who diligently showed me two properties on consecutive days. Karl's thoughtful demeanor and ever-present smile made the process enjoyable. Upon reflection and discussion with my husband, I regretted not taking pictures during the viewings. Returning to the property an hour later, I coincidentally found Karl wrapping up his last viewing. When I requested to revisit for photographs, he promptly agreed. Despite Karl being from another department, if you're in need of real estate services, particularly buying and selling, look no further, Karl is the one to find.

Very professional from point of enquiry to valuation for rental and sales purposes, to the search and selection of a suitable tenant, to onboarding of tenant and finally through to sale of property with tenant in situ. Extremely rude female estate agent in the lettings team when asking personal questions about my employment/self-employment status. The issue is not asking questions or trying to understand, it is doing so in a completely rude and disrespectful way. You would think a woman that age would know manners but I guess a vile nature can override that.

10/10 would recommend! Michael Webster's marketing strategy is a little different from most high street agents but I put my trust in Michael and his team and it was definitely the right decision. We got above the asking price and because its a family run business, they were small enough to care even after we accepted an offer and I was being managed very well from accepting the offer to the final completion. The worst experience I have ever had with an estate agent. We arrived at a property viewing 5 minutes late due to terrible traffic. The agent promptly told us that we had to wait outside the property because there was another viewer (one person) arriving in 10 minutes. Even though we were a party of six people including my children and he would not let us inside. He then made us rush around the property in 3 minutes and then slammed the door in our face. Incredibly poor customer service and zero people skills. I complained to his manager who has not bothered to phone me back. I really pity the sellers of this property because they have no idea how poorly treated their prospective buyers are by the agent. We are in a financially proceedable position, and liked the house, but were totally put off by the rude and bullying treatment by the agent. Avoid at all costs.

I have lived in 8 different rental properties with different agents in the last 9 years and I had just about given up and assumed they were all useless until websters. We rented with them for 18 months (only moving because we were going away) and they were fantastic in every single interaction we had with them. Mark Darmoo looked after us and always went above and beyond. He even noticed things that we hadn't bothered to complain about with the property (eg stiff front door lock) and arranged to sort them out for us! They are also open early til late, making it easier to go in and see them as someone with a fulltime+ job (also handy when my husband forgot his keys!). We would 100% recommend them as letting agents.
