The Agency Group Twickenham reviews

Steven Nalon is by far the best estate agent we had the pleasure of working with. He provided transparency to an otherwise opaque process, expedited where possible and diligently worked with both buyer and seller to ensure a smooth purchase. Having encountered many rather useless estate agents who seem completely disengaged, Steven was a light. He chased us, the sellers, both sets of lawyers and the management company. A heavy contrast to our previous experiences where we were the ones doing all of the chasing. We feel fortunate to have had Steven representing the sellers. Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend Sophie Norris more highly - she was an absolute dream to buy through, super proactive and always on the ball. She worked tirelessly to push through a really complicated chain and acted professionally and with empathy through. She also helped to foster a really positive relationship between us and our seller, for which we are extremely grateful. 5* service and a delight to work with, we couldn’t have done it without her!

At first I never actually build any interest on this Binary/Forex trading of a thing but when I later gave it a try with the Help of this wonderful Expert Trader Mrs Stella Robinson, It was a successful trade for me. All i did was to invest $550 into my first trading and to my greatest surprise, I received huge amount of $6,420 as profit in 7 days of trading. Mrs Stella Robinson was the trader that made it possible and She is still doing it all for me..You want to be happy and bill free like me do well to reach out to her via Email:stellarobinsonfxtrading6@gmail.comWhatsApp:+19517037360

I had a fantastic experience working with Steven from the Agency Group while searching for a new flat. He was incredibly honest, friendly, and supportive throughout the entire process. He gave us excellent advice and acted as a great intermediary between us and the landlord, helping us reach an agreement that worked perfectly for our needs. Everything moved very quickly thanks to his commitment and professionalism, Thanks also to Chloe, his manager, who supported the process efficiently behind the scenes. We’re very happy with the outcome and grateful for their help. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a place!

We rented a property for £100,000 for a short stay for a VIP. Very bad experience as we were evicted mid way through the stay as they agency group have not sought permission from the concierge to let the building and asked us to leave and hand back keys. They breached the contract. Then the next day said we could move back in. No thankyou said the VIP security. Also not properly cleaned and owners stuff was in the property and long list of defects which were never fixed despite their promises before their illegal eviction! Asked for a refund and denied , Shaun said to see you in court and ignored all attempts at mediation. Avoid this company they have no integrity .

I used to wonder why estate agents get such a bad rep until I dealt with The Agency Group and then I understood why. These guys will say almost anything to get your business and will show a complete lack of empathy when the inevitable happens and they fail to deliver on anything. Lies, lies and more lies to cover up the lies previously told seems to be the mantra with The Agency Group. They couldn't care less about the client and after a while will stop taking calls and responding to emails. The Agency Group are the epitome of lies and deceit. They have no morals and only care about increasing their portfolio which in itself is a lie. Avoid these guys and save yourself a lot of time, heartbreak and disappointment. The algorithm here requires at least one star to write a review, which is a shame as this disgusting organisation don't deserve any form of recognition.
