GoogleI recently bought a property through David and I would thoroughly recommend him as an agent. It wasn’t the easiest process, but that’s when you really need an experienced agent you can trust to help the buyer and seller calmly navigate the issues that arise. I felt that he had my interests at heart as much as those of the seller's which in my past experience of buying and selling hasn’t always been the case. GoogleI don't know who the complainants are. I don't have any record of their names or any complaints at the office. They are welcome to contact me and explain. I can't improve if they don't tell me what the problem was. Sometimes I turn viewings down if they want to view but are not even on the market themselves yet and people don't understand that and see it as rude. I am not a normal agent, simply showing everyone who comes along every property I have. My clients don't want that. It may or not have been that. Anyway I am always happy to discuss genuine complaints. D

He is a trustworthy and reliable person who says it how it is which is something you really need in this field. He gave me honest, fair advice, which was refreshing after other agents had been deceiving and bullying... David was the absolute opposite. If someone contacts me about buying a property I am very fast to respond. I'd be crazy not to. And hey, enough of the 'little - I'm 5 feet 10.
