I genuinely cannot express how incredible Natalie and Bradley both are. They found us our dream home. From the moment we got our offer accepted to completion, they were so so supportive, and helped things go through VERY quickly and smoothly. Unfortunately we had a small leak in the new house, and Natalie went above and beyond to rectify the situation, to the point she stayed at the house until the late evening. I haven’t come across another estate agent that would be willing to do this. I cannot recommend enough. Thank you so so much.

When we first approached Flying Fish Properties, we were feeling pretty stuck. Our house had been on the market with another agent for almost 6 months without much progress and we were feeling very fed up and demoralised by the whole process. From the very first phone call with Natalie, she restored our faith and filled us with confidence again. Her and Bradley's straight-talking, honest, personal and proactive approach was a complete breath of fresh air and exactly what we needed. Once we were ready to start again, they took new photos on the Wednesday, put our property live on the Friday and we'd accepted an offer by the Monday! In the following months, Natalie went above and beyond to support us. She was always on the end of the phone to offer advice, handle any issues that arose and generally keep everything moving along smoothly and swiftly. There's no doubt that moving is stressful, but we always felt that Natalie and Bradley had our backs and best interests in mind. Three months later, we are now in our wonderful new home and will be eternally grateful for Flying Fish for their invaluable help in getting us here! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy / sell in the Tunbridge Wells area.

Having recently downsized and moved to Suffolk after 40 years in the same house, we were dreading the upheaval. Luckily we chose Flying Fish as our agent and the husband and wife team of Bradley and Natalie made the transition as painless as they possibly could. There were the usual problems of course, always caused by hitch somewhere in the chain, but these were quickly and very efficiently brought under control by the team and we were kept firmly in the loop at all times. I cannot recommend FlyingFish highly enough. Ours was a complicated sale (Leasehold property being sold in the midst of a Freehold buyout) during the economic/cost of living crisis, which led to some significant buyer nervousness. Bradley was superb - dynamic, quick to communicate (good and bad news), highly effective at identifying buyers (we needed a couple due to a buyer pulling out of the process). They know the local market really well and can link buyers and sellers most effectively. Place your Estate Agency needs in their hands and you will feel well looked after.

Their superb marketing and extensive knowledge of the local property market made them our first choice when we were looking to sell. We really liked the assurance of knowing that Bradley and Natalie dealt with all the viewings themselves, unlike some of the larger estate agents who employ part-time weekend staff. As we only ever dealt with Bradley and Natalie directly, communication was always clear and straight-forward, which was also a big plus. Bradley and Natalie were the estate agents used by the seller of the home we bought just over a month ago. To say there were lots of issues due to the house and the sellers would be an understatement, but Bradley and Natalie helped massively in managing, resolving and pushing things over the line - we wouldn’t have got the house without them! To be honest I haven’t had great experiences with estate agents over the years - untruthful and unreliable - but Natalie and Bradley are different, and perhaps it’s because it’s a family run business.
