M.B.Having not moved house for 37 years , we felt daunted by the prospect. From the first visit to our property through to exchange Richard provided a huge amount of support and guidance. He displayed a fountain of property knowledge from marketing to engaging with the most appropriate buyer. He communicated with the buyer on a weekly basis and then updated us. All of the staff in the Camberley branch were very polite and helpful and the legal team provided a professional and timely service. I can not recommend Vickery enough!

I can not recommend Vickery enough, in particular Edward from Frimley/Camberley who has guided us through every step of the way for the last 6months, while we are expecting our first baby! Weekly updates and statistics by phone call where a minimum and unexpected. Communication towards exchange increased to daily phone calls sometimes up to 4/5 times. This wasn’t just to ourselves but relevant solicitors and estate agents within the chain along with our buyer also. Communication has always been fast and no email or call was left unanswered. Edward comes across professional, knowledgeable, has a great personality he always went out his way to help and nothing was too much trouble! The rest of the team all where helpful however Edward was who we had all our communication with. Would use Vickery again without a doubt and request we deal with Ed again. (However we are never moving again haha!) Thank you once again!

Vickerys is far the best estate agency in the area

Vickerys is an amazing company, 100% best estate agents we’ve ever had the experience of working with. Our estate agent Matt would call every single week with routine updates and would contact us immediately as something happened. Nothing was too much trouble for them and you know they are always on your side. Every member of staff in the office was incredibly friendly and helpful and willing to find out answers to questions straight away. Matt was able to explain every step of the process to ensure it was easy to understand each part and we wouldn’t consider any other estate agent if we ever moved again. So incredibly happy with the service of Vickerys and Matt Bozier in particular.

Recently, we have purchased our new family home via Vickery's l, and we are very happy with how Jordan has helped us on this journey. Clear communication with no requests ever being an issue. Buying and selling a house is not straightforward, and when the sale of our previous house fell through, Jordan helped us to negotiate with the previous owner to have more time to find another buyer. Head and Shoulders above the rest

We were viewing properties in the Camberley area via a selection of Agents.We had viewed several houses with different agents and both the houses and agents were uninspiring. So, feeling rather dubious about the 2 remaining viewings with a different agent, Vickery, we were greeted at the first property by Lewis Careford.Wow, what a difference. We were very impressed with his local knowledge, naming specific roads that would be of interest to us and the open and honest conversations we engaged in.When showing us around he presented the houses with such genuine enthusiasm you would have thought it was his own house.Lewis was a genuine breath of fresh air.I would have no reservations about buying or selling a house through Lewis. A true professional and a really nice chap too.

I found the team at Vickery Frimley to be excellent through the purchase of our new home. Although they were not working for us, they were very helpful and supportive through the whole process, checked in regularly, kept us informed with updates as they came through. Vickery was one of several Agents contacted during our house search process. I have to mention Steve Payne as our principle in finding said property. I'm sure I must have spoken to others at their Lightwater office but it was Steve that led the way in viewing and his personality and representaions were first class. This was a positive start, his manner maintaining a firm professional standing. This led to further contact by phone, always helpful, leading to second viewing which clinched our subsequent offer.
