It was a pleasure dealing with Savills at Truro - in particular , David Jenkin and Anna were always most attentive and courteous. Jonathan Cunliffe , contrary to our initial expectations , valued our property higher than other agents and was in the end proved to be correct. Having accepted a prospective buyer`s offer, another party made five consecutive higher offers, all of which were refused - further proof that Jonathan`s valuation was accurate.
