My husband and I would thoroughly recommend Jackson-Stops. We have just bought our home through them and Lucy Maltby and Ben Standen couldn't have been more helpful. They kept us informed and were always happy to talk things through with us. Lucy showed us around the property and was always super personable and friendly, and always on-hand to answer any questions. There were a couple of points where the sale might have been in jeopardy, but Ben guided us through with sound advice, based on his years of experience in the business. We have been dealing with a huge number of agents whilst looking for a new home and to be honest, the majority of them were not particularly helpful or appear to care that much at all. So when it came to working with James and Ria, it was an enormous relief. I could not recommend Jackson Stops in Barnstaple more highly. I must have made about 50 phone calls and sent over 100 e mails over a 6 month period - and every single time, nothing was a problem, every issue was resolved quickly, efficiently and with a lot of care and attention.
