Excellent, trustworthy and dedicated Estate Agents

We cannot recommend Cornish Bricks more highly. Jayne and the team are kind, approachable, dedicated and professional. Jayne really goes above and beyond to work for her clients and takes the time to get to know what you and your family are wanting from your house sale and from your future house purchase. Jayne secured a buyer for our property within a week and negotiated a higher offer. We completed within 3 months, which was incredible. We are also purchasing our dream home through Cornish Bricks. The purchase is complicated due to issues with the sellers’ power of attorney, rather than anything Cornish Bricks has done. It has been 3 months since our offer was accepted and we have still yet to begin the conveyancing through the solicitors. This has been an anxious time, however Jayne and her team have given us reassurance and support throughout. Excellent service from start to finish - highly recommend

I'm so pleased I chose to sell with Cornish Bricks. I was selling on behalf of my late father's estate so had minimal knowledge of the process and requirements myself. Aidan was my main point of contact and I can't praise him highly enough. PROTRACTED SALE

I would normally not give 5 stars but in this case is fully deserved. The house was viewed professionally photographed and put on the market, it sold within 3 weeks. Because of problems with the buyers mortgage the sale became rather drawn out. Jayne, Amy and the team at Cornish Bricks were excellent. They went the extra mile in liaising with solicitors and all parties concerned. Because we were moving abroad with animals the move was time sensitive (ferries, vets, docs etc). They were fully aware of our concerns at all times. We have moved house several times not only in the UK and the level of service and quality of their work was second to none. This was all done during a pandemic and lock down which provided problems not encountered before but was managed perfectly by the Cornish Bricks team. I would not hesitate to commend and recommend Cornish Bricks to anyone buying or selling in Cornwall. One last point however you decide to sell with C. B. you get value for your money.

Excellent outcome by a really competent and dedicated team at Cornish Bricks

After wasting 16 weeks with a national agent who sent us only 3 viewings during that time, we contacted Jayne and Nathan who sold our house in 12 days for the full asking price. Most impressive result! Of course the conveyancers for both our sale and purchase, employed the usual delaying tactics before we eventually completed, but during these frustrating hiccups, Jayne and Nathan were on hand with good advice and helpful suggestions which greatly reduced our stress levels and moved the transactions on with due speed. No query from us was too much trouble for them, and was handled promptly, efficiently and with good humour even when the question was well outside the remit of Cornish Bricks. Excellent ... We saved over £4500 in fees!

We buy and sell properties all the time and were fed up with paying high fees and not ever getting the service promised. It was so refreshing for an estate agent to deliver on the promises made! The professional photographs were brilliant and really showed our property off. Jayne and Nathan were great, really professional and kept us updated the whole way until we handed the keys over. Excellent result for a set fee.

Overall we were very impressed with the service Cornish Bricks provided. Professional photos were taken of our property to show it at its best & to ensure it had the best possible online presence. We immediately got 4 viewings and from one of those received an offer. You go have to conduct your own viewings for the set fee, but we’d been mostly doing that with the traditional high street agent we had been using previously so to us it wasn’t a big deal. Throughout the conveyancing process Cornish Bricks kept our part of the chain informed right up to our move day, coordinating with the handover of keys.We thought they did a great job; give them a try, you have nothing to lose as, despite the set fee, you don’t pay anything upfront & it’s no sale no fee! Highly recommended!!

I couldn't have wished for a better and more personal service. From the moment I made an enquiry to my house selling within 2 days of entering onto the market and when keys were exchanged, Cornish Bricks provided a faultless personal service. Excellent Communication Throughout

I found Cornish Bricks very efficient, friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. My situation was far from straight forward as I was not only selling but buying a new build too. I wanted to use an online agency to save on costs and then discovered Cornish Bricks offered the same fixed fee price but with all the services you'd expect from a traditional estate agents.
