The moment that we met Sandrina, we knew that she was the best person to sell our property. With in-depth knowledge of the local market, contacts throughout the industry, obviously passionate about property and attentive to every detail, we could not have asked for more. Being a first-time seller I was a bit apprehensive when it came to picking an estate agent. The whole process of picking a good one seemed like a big gamble. I needn't have worried, as soon as I meet Sandrina at the Troon office I knew I was in safe hands. Not only did Sandrina advise me on how best to present my property for sale but she also accurately predicted how things might go and how much to realistically expect for my property, which wasn't going to be an easy sell in the current market. Throughout the whole process Sandrina was on hand to give help and advice. Sandrina was positive throughout and even gave decorating advice to help make the most of my property. In the end, after following the advice given, my property sold in just two weeks when others around me had been on the market for months. Best of all was the sale price achieved, more than I'd expected. Dont waste your time with online estate agents with headline grabbing promises of cheaper fees, you need local knowledge and the personal touch. Sometimes you read reviews and wonder what to make of them, well phone the Troon office and ask for Sandrina, you won't be disappointed.

I have been calling you for 3 weeks to cancel my property management due to poor service. The manager Kevin refuses to call me back and believes he can carry on taking my rental commission without my consent. They also are not contacting my new rental management to do a handover. The whole thing is a shambles, do not rent out your property with Bruach.

We sold our property in Bentinck Drive, Troon in late 2019 through Bruach. I had a few local agents come and value the property and explain their services but chose to go with Bruach as Kevin clearly knew his business and impressed me with his attention to detail and professionalism. The photos he took of the house really made a difference and once they went live online we were inundated with good qualified viewing appointments.
